So I’ve been playing on Karamba Casino for a little while now, and overall, it’s a pretty good site. I had to send my banking information and documents twice with a swift code to receive my withdrawals a few diffrent times . At first I did get my money sent to my bank account ,but I'm having problems lately to receive my withdrawals. I tried to make a withdrawal 3 times so far . The first few times the money got sent back my karamba account , so I tried a 3rd time to withdraw $2000.00 and it didn't show up in my bank account and didn't go back into my karamba account. The money disappeared. I was told to ask my bank why it wasn't receiving my casino withdrawal, but my bank said there was no deposit request at all. I asked the casino if I had to resend my banking information so I could receive my cash but they said they had no more information for me. My $2000. Meh. Very buggy site. Was awarded a free bet for placing one on a Newcastle game a while back. Didn’t work. Was awarded another free bet, but couldn’t use that either. Sometimes when I sign in, I get diverted to the Brazilian(?) site. Live chat not much help. Avoid.
