Tried to withdraw £1300 from my account 2 weeks ago and have still not received this and when I speak to them all the say is that it has been passed onto the appropriate team. It’s an absolute scam. Stay away.

I won a lot of money from their bew customer offer, 500 quid. I did the wagering requirements, even though i gambled a few hundred extra and the wagering didnt move, i managed to get the money back up and the wagering completed, withh 500 to spare, i was refused the 500 withdraw and came back to my account and the money is gone, taken from my account. Do not use these amateurs! I used karamba for sports betting and all I can say is there site is super slow but the amount t of times I should of had a winning bet they classed it as a loss. When you contact the live chat the staff are being useless and clearly not trained.

Awful Customer service. It uses half your real balance and half bonus balance when spinning slots. Guess what. It also rewards half-real balance and half bonus balance. When you withdraw your money, it makes you delete your bonus balance. Then they ask for a bank statement to get a withdrawal.

Please don't have anything to do with them. They ask for documents to withdraw even the smallest amount of winnings and their document upload feature doesn't work. No other site I have ever used would do this for very small sums. Emails are from addresses which can't be replied to.
If you use this company, you can just wave goodbye to any chance of recovering your stake, let alone any winnings, if my experience is anything to go by. Avoid. Stick to well-known brands if you have to bet. Better if you do something else with your money.
