Don’t use this site. £2800 on £10 spins and not one bonus on big bass bonanza. I’ll point out it’s not sour grapes as I’ve spent over £40000 in the last three weeks at other casinos and never felt the need to write a bad review.

After taking part in a targeted fb advert bet 10 for 20 bonus I recieved no bonus even though I had followed all the instructions.
So as instructed I contacted live chat to request it manually. Apparently because I had taken part in a casino offer on another site in their network a month ago I wasn't able to get any bonuses.
So then why am I targeted by their adverts and why can't this information be given before the qualifying bet is placed? All these betting companies seem to have no morals at all and the instant chat closure before I could reply after the copy pasta message was dumped in front of me was pretty rude too. I don't rate Keramba, either give a welcome offer or don't, stop trying to penny pinch you make enough out of people already

Won 7000 on Karamba and they will not process our withdrawal ! They have asked for every document and more for verification and once they have got it they said couldn’t pay money into the certain card soo they put money Back into playing account .. I then requested too another card and they have now disabled my account and I am owed my winnings ! How are they still able to get away with this ! They need closing down !

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I requested £200 withdrawal after them banking several thousands from me and even though I received confirmation that my account was verified my withdrawals was declined. They charge 2.5% when one is departing cash and 1% on withdrawals. These people need to be shout down and be behind bars. Absolutely thrives. There is never anyone there to answer your queries on customer services. I am going to report these scum bags. They've, liars and lazy. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE THUGS. DECOITS!!!!

Terrible site, won't pay out your winnings unless you provide absolutely loads of documents, its just a con so they can hold onto your money, just watched hypalynx on tube talking about them, they won't pay out his winnings but will still let him deposit, avoid this site at all costs, you have been warned.

3 times in the last 2 weeks Karamba have offered me a live cashout on bets that were winning and have indeed gone on to win

They have also twice NOT offered me a cashout on bets that were winning and have gone on to lose

Tonight i had 5 legs up and one to go, no cashout offered, went on to lose

Happened 5 times now. What do they know that i don't?

Do not listen to the review by "Meme momo" this is a clear false review by the operator. There withdrawal times are extremely slow I work for an independent office and we know there withdrawal times to take up to 72hours just for processing! So meme momos claim of 24hours is a misleading attempt by the operator to lull you into depositing. Also providing identification documents is also an insidious effort to make you wait as long as possible for your withdrawal, in hope you deposit more in this time. There actively making it hard for you to receive your winnings. I do not have a karamba account and this is for good reason!. I found this site very unclear as to terms, it failed to mention at the onset that a minimum deposit had to be maintained. It was also formulated to give minimum winnings, I picked first, third and fourth horse in the grand national my return of just £18.75 (for £25 stake) !!! I only wish I placed my bet with ordinary high street bookie. Do not recommend site.

I am writing this review because I see so many negative ones on here and I want to let potential new customers know my experience.

Firstly I sent all my identification off to them before I withdrew my winnings and this was all verified the next day.

When I went to withdraw my winnings it stated I still had some wagering to do which i get because they’ve given me free spins on a game, all other casino sites do exactly the same! So I carried on playing for abit even won an extra £250 along the way so I was pleased.

Withdrew my £700 yesterday and has gone into my bank this morning (less than 24 hours).

I found my experience very good and all these bad reviews shouldn’t put you off.

Already made a comment before here about the charges in depositing and withdrawals that are really very bad.
But the last 3-4 times i withdrew money between 30£ and 500£ they processed it in 5 minutes after my cashout request and money was in my bank account next day!
So i have to recognise this to them!
And this is the most important for me ,fast and secure withdrawals.

Absolute garbage. Scams with their wagering requirements bull. Burn jn hell.
