I would give zero I given the option.

I would give zero I given the option.

Questionable quality and return process. As apparently, customer satisfaction is not one of their key principles as a company. Products are very low quality.

Their return policy does not say anything about returns to China. Super interesting that support is in New York but I have to return the parcel all the way to China? Also super interesting that "office" is in Amsterdam and I have to return parcel all the way to China.

If you want Shein, order from Shein. At least their returns is less hassle and approach to customer satisfaction is 100x better.

This is a scam

This is a scam! The dress arrived a few weeks after ordering, but the information on the website said shipping in 5 days. Its dimensions are completely different than the ones given, I wanted to return the product but no one answers my emails, the phone number on the website is inactive, and so are the links to returns. I regret not checking this website earlier, otherwise I would have never placed an order. People, be careful and don't buy anything from this website!

Poor quality and expensive!

I spent €39.99 on a women's t-shirt which looked very nice on the website, however in reality it was very poor quality. The stitching on a grey t-shirt was white! The website picture however showed no white stitching. Also the neckline was completely different and the material was very cheap (not cotton). After complaining by email, i was informed to fill out a form, print, sign and return before resending the t-shirt back to a completely different address, with tracking costing €14!
Their website tells you they say 'exquisite' clothes. Don't believe a word of it.

BE CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS

BE CAREFUL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! they use our Instagram and Facebook pictures of our handmade cardigans and sweaters to sell their own junk on their websites. It's made in China, junk that has absolutely nothing to do with our knits. We have been contacted several times about this problem by affected customers!
