Some terrible customer experiences
This page has incorrect info. Karen Walker is a New Zealand company and is a clothing label. The business name is Karen Walker not Karen Walker eyeglasses.
I have had multiple bad experiences with this company and some good experiences. The most recent was when I purchased 2 sweatshirts on sale from Karen Walker and selected my usual clothing size for most clothing labels (I've purchased clothes from Karen Walker before and this is my size). I received the order and they are massively oversized - large in the body with very long arms and they won't accept a return!! Not even for an exchange! So now I'm stuck with two sweatshirts I can't wear or return.
Previously another bad experience was when I ordered a boxed perfume set from Karen Walker with a free leather wallet and they sent me the wrong perfume and the one I wanted was sold out!!
I've also bought expensive organic cotton shirts that have faded on the collar and other cotton sweatshirts that have shrunk.
The jewellery, bags and accessories are a safer bet.
Generally it's been a negative experience and I've had to return a lot of stock.
