Excellent ski touring clothes and super fast shipping
Their clothes are well-designed, good looking, functional, and they ship very fast. I receive their gear faster from Europe than orders from that big retailer that starts with "A."

Overall good but a couple things to be aware of
Quality of the clothing is high and delivery time/ updates are prompt and very helpful. Prices are also reasonable. The one thing I would say was an issue for me, was the size guide assistant. I followed all the necessary steps on the site and put in all my measurements but the size guide recommended a size way way too small for me. Also, the UK sizes don’t seem at all accurate. I always wear a size 10 UK trouser for example but I needed to essentially order a UK 20 from the site. Something is clearly not right there. I had to return my items and re-order. Also the return process isn’t extremely clear once the request for a return is submitted. I waited maybe 2 days before any email confirming my return label etc. I think to optimise the customer experience a simple email should be sent out saying that the return request went through properly and to just wait for the label to be sent. Once the product was returned, the refund came in within a week so that was good.

Even though this is an Italien company we got our jackets in 1 week. I am in love with it. Very well engineered. Though I recommend sizing up x2.

The best
Absolutely love the Men's Karpos Alagna down jacket, especially in midnight body, golden arms design. It's a gorgeous colour combination. Particularly like it because it's golden/yellow on the arms, which very few companies do. Hope you can keep making it, please.
The Men's Karpos Alagna down jacket is pretty much perfect. Excellent proportions, thoughtful, tactile features, comfortable to wear, lightweight yet very warm. I particularly like the proportions of the sleeves and armpit areas - they are roomy/wide enough to fit a couple of layers underneath. Many other company's sleeves aren't.
Look forward to wearing another Alagna, and/or other versions in the near future. Especially if they're similarly exciting colour combinations. Thank you
