I would give it 0 stars if could

I would give it 0 stars if could . I upload to gift cards to purchase a lens on Amazon. The website was very confusing to set it I pulled my card off, in the span of 3 day.. I went to use cards they were hacked into and wiped out . I live in Florida 95 percent of the were in California. I called to complain they said they knew the account close. I filed a claim they handed it off to a outside company they found fraud. This started in January I'm still waiting for resolution . Stay away there nothing but crooks .

Had a lot of trouble setting up my…

Would like to give a higher rating because it could be great. But I had a lot of trouble setting up my cards. The system would glitch and I'd have to do it over again. The first transaction worked and I cleared my first 5 $10 virtual Visa cards. But after I switched to 5 new cards in the wallet, the card was denied multiple times. I tried setting up a new Kasheesh card but it keeps saying Try Again Later. I contacted support a week ago twice and haven't heard back. Too bad because the concept is great and the fees are reasonable.

Cards, Customer Service, More

Writing my experience for a third time. The experience wasn't great, and customer service didn't answer my questions. Their system may do what it says but isn't worth the hassle when you are unable to remove your cards after using the service, leading to security issues.

They money as of yesterday has been refunded, but no reason given as to why the account got revoked overusing gift cards that the service states you can use. Stated, that it took them a month to investigate about 10 transactions at most, but failed transactions because the system didn't notify. They can revoke your account seemingly at any time without any explanations as to why either.

Note: They also just close tickets if they don't like something you say. They could improve this by giving assistance and explaining the situation or what they might not like. Ghosting a response gives a poor representation to me for a company.
