Charge 1000s for leads and dont let you keep them.

waste of money, dont even bother to use it.

I subscribed and tried to cancel the subscription but there were no the way to unsubscribe. I asked the support but they started to say about this is against their policy. When they charged from my bank for a new month, I reached out to this support one more time on the chat that I don't use their tool, they refused to make a refund for the month that I didn't use at all. I'm going to submit this request to my bank. Anyway, this tool is terrible.

These guys are using your data (in particular phone numbers) without the owner's consent and they are giving access to your data to their customers !! Obviously, they don't know what GDPR is.

You are telling that you are taking data privacy very seriously. I am happy to read that. When did you get my formal agreement to communicate my data to your customers then ?? I would be happy to receive a copy of it...

Receiving calls on my personal mobile number from cold callers saying they got my data from this company. No idea how. my phone number has been shared through this database but I can't find any way to have it removed. It says GDPR aligned on their website... unless I can get my data erased, it doesn't seem very GDPR aligned at all...

This service is horrible - we have an account which doesnt work we send several email but no one comes back since month the system doesnt work and we still pay until next year and the customer support is very bad rspectively not existing. I cant recommend and KASPR should reach out to us to solve the issue otherwise we will go for the next step!

Very intuitive tool for sales prospecting. The account setup and Chrome extension installation were quick and simple, I was able efficiently target prospects on LinkedIn and enrich my contact lists. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience so far.

Kaspr saves me a ton of time in my prospecting workflow.

Very easy to create an account, install the chrome extension and start looking for phone numbers. I think is a great tool for ABM roles by doing individual prospecting on Linkedin, and great for mass enrichment with the workflows and bulk enrichment.

The whole process is very intuitive - I subscribed and got started very quickly.

After testing it, I onboarded my whole team and now we are reaching 7-8 times more prospects.

We sometimes face a few bugs, but their support team is usually very responsive and helps us figure out things quickly.
Highly recommend.

Obtaining private data in unknown manner and then sharing it to 3rd parties. Result - receiving cold sales calls on a private phone number. Businesses should carefully evaluate the legitimacy of this company and its practices.

Kaspr.io are a bunch of money-stealing thieves that will take your money and would try everything within their remit to prevent you from cancelling.

They have auto-renewal enabled by default and when you try to cancel auto-renewal, you will see somewhat threatening messages such as 'This action is IMMEDIATE, IRREVERSIBLE, and DEFINITIVE' that would make you think that if you cancel in advance you'll lose access to your subscription immediately and therefore will lose the upfront payment you made.

Before auto-renewal, if you do not cancel 1 month in advance for the annual subscription or 48 hours in advance for the monthly subscription and want to cancel it say 15 days before, you will not be able to cancel and they will make you refer to T&Cs that are tucked away somewhere!

Should you face this issue and if they are hesitant to cancel or refund, report them immediately to European Trading Standards. They don't provide their physical location on their website but they seem to be based in France.

There are thief !

I subscribed a 70€ for monthly service.
But, as it didnt work from day 1, I asked them to cancel and refund me.
They refused to refund me (which is against the law, as legaly you have 14days to change your mind) and they kept my subscription on aginst my will.

Frustrating and deceiving onboarding experience

here the logo is changed so the compay Kaspr.io is hiding and benefiting.. Trustpilot change the logo to real fraud company Kaspr.io

Customer services is non existent. The unlimited email credits is all a sham. They ask you to refer 3 people and they always find an excuse to discredit the account.

This company somehow obtained my mobile phone number from Linkedin, and I was cold called by a company that had "bought" my details.

Total GDPR violation. This company, based in France, deserves to be investigated and fined.

I wish I read the reviews before I signed up to Kasr. Trial period went fine so I subscribed...then the LinkedIn automations stopped working, so I had to kickstart them everyday, and then they just stopped. The leads lists never worked (the leads never went into the list) and the automation on sending data to Hubspot also never worked.

Absolutely shameful from the company that they are actually trying to sell this tool. It is not fit to be sold as it is. It is clearly exceptionally buggy. This is the quality that I would expect from a low value Indian agency and not from a French Company that is associated with Cognism. How Cognism are allowing themselves to be connected with Kaspr is very concerning from them - it is brand damaging and I now have a far lower view of Cognism.

There are far better tools than Kaspr out there. Don't waste your time and money as you will be very disappointed.

Automated processes are a violation of LinkedIn's terms of service, and will get your account locked. Beware!
