I was using the platform just fine but after overcharging $80 for a card - they announced that it will be disabled for my country and once I contacted with them about this - they refused to issue even a partial refund so I have paid $80 to use a card for 3 months with Hong Kong issuance where it's barely usable even online.When you try to make a purchase with the card online, it asks for 3d verification and there is no system for it anywhere on the app. $80 wasted. there are better alternatives folks, look for them. I wouldn't use their services ever again.

My experience with KAST has been extremely concerning, and while reviewing other customer feedback I noticed something unusual regarding their Trustpilot reviews.
At the time of writing, KAST has a Trustpilot score of around 3.3 based on about 44 reviews.
Review distribution appears as follows:
• 5-star – 53%
• 4-star – 2%
• 3-star – 2%
• 2-star – 0%
• 1-star – 43%
While reading the reviews carefully, I noticed something interesting. Many of the 5-star reviews appear to have been posted on the same day — October 16, 2025. In fact, there were about 14 five-star reviews posted on that single day.
What makes this pattern unusual is that before that date, all of the reviews appeared to be negative (1-star). Then suddenly a large number of positive reviews appeared within one day.
Of course there could be explanations for this, but as a potential customer this type of pattern raises questions about whether the rating accurately reflects real user experiences.
My personal experience has also been problematic. My account was closed after a “security review,” and despite multiple emails since February 16, I still have not received clear information regarding the return of approximately $3,800 remaining in my account.
At this point I am simply requesting transparency and the return of my funds.
I hope KAST can clarify both the handling of my case and the concerns regarding these review patterns.
Update (April 2): I also noticed that KAST responded to multiple Trustpilot reviews on the same day (March 26), including mine. While I appreciate the public response, I followed their instructions and sent all requested details via email, but I have not received any further update since then.
From a user perspective, this raises concerns about whether responses here are being followed up with actual case resolution, or if they are limited to public-facing replies without timely action afterward.
Update (April 8): Following KAST’s response, I have already contacted support multiple times and provided all requested details, including after their previous Trustpilot replies. However, I have not received any meaningful follow-up or update regarding the resolution of my case.
While I appreciate the public responses here, the repeated request to “contact support” without acknowledging prior communication or providing progress raises ongoing concerns about whether cases are being actively resolved after these replies.

My account was suddenly blocked, and I fully cooperated by providing all the documents and explanations they requested about my account activity and funds. Despite this, the account was permanently closed, and my remaining balance still hasn't been returned or clarified. Unlike that experience, #centuryandhundred stands out with clear communication, responsive customer support, and withdrawals that are processed and paid without issues.

They close my card after receiving a payment from PayPal and when I contact support at first they were super responsive and they claimed that they didn't receive anything then I contacted PayPal support and they give me tracking number of the transfer that they sent, I gave them that number and after they verified they said that they possibly going to reopen my card but it has been over a month and they didn't hear from them even though I tried contacting the support again but they are just ghosting me so they are just scammers they will steal your money, the reply says i need to contact them when they ghosted my ticket for 2 month and ghosted every email i sent since then and i have the proof check ticket opened by mahdigeek at gmail

I've transferred amount of 800 usdc via sonic network and I've received in 3 min then I transferred this amount to my aed dirham account it's show me 2907 aed that I can receive from 2936 aed in general. Very poor support; you wait all day for answers to your questions. They don't answer other questions at all.
Cards
The card works however and whenever it wants; they refer to the fact that it is a high-risk category, even though the store is a very ordinary one with a very ordinary terminal. The PIN code doesn't work at all; it is impossible to withdraw money from an ATM.
Conclusion
I do not recommend this service if you don't want to waste your nerves constantly searching for solutions and dealing with rejected transactions.

**Kast Finance (aka kast.xyz) is a scam.**
Their withdrawal system is fake. They keep talking but you never receive your money. Instead, they lie, delay, and eventually ignore your messages.
They took money I was supposed to send to my sister. They promised same-day delivery, but after **two weeks** I’m still getting excuses and lies. No withdrawal, no solution, no real support.
Avoid this service. They are not trustworthy and will waste your time and money

SCAM!!! I bought the founders edition card after asking if they can operate in my region. They said yes. They were very communicative when buying the card. Then they shut down use of the card after 3 weeks and then completely stopped responding to anything about ly funds or getting money back for my card. Don’t put ur money in this.

Very slow service with a lot of arbitrary obstructions, contrary to their promise of "hassle-free global banking." Pros: the app is simple and easy to use and they allow you to send stablecoins with reasonable fees, but they make the process difficult at every point and they can act arbitrarily to pause or review a transaction or even to block your account for no reason. I have no idea if the people in customer service I'm dealing with are bots or real. They are abrupt and not very helpful. Payments to other wallets can take several hours to go through and they can review and pause them for more than 24 hours at any time for no reason. They have also asked for sensitive identity details from payees, and even with this info, they have held up payments to these verified payees. They recently blocked my account for declined transactions even though I had no declined transactions for months, and I think only one or two total. They asked me to provide evidence but then since they had blocked my account I couldn't. Yet another example of a service that advertises itself as a solution to all life's problems but is actually a way to make money off people with low overheads, poor customer service and Kafkaesque back-end decision-making, probably AI-assisted. If you're looking for a service that's easy and relatively cheap, it's good, but if you want less hassle and "a smooth global banking experience" it's definitely not what they advertise.
KYC is impossible to pass. No matter how many documents you provide, they won't open your account.

KAST is the most functional card I've ever had. I can top it up with crypto, stablecoins and Pix in Brazil. So I have plenty of options to add balance. Also, I can send money all over the world and spend in every country or website. The interface is easy and clean. I never needed support but I heard from friends that it's awesome and quick!
