Bonjour, Commande FR8937401 datant du 23/01 toujours pas reçu.
- J'ai contacté le transporteur qui m'indique que le colis leur a été retourné, alors que mon adresse postale est CORRECT !
- AUCUNE réponse du site " Kastner Oehler " malgré mes mail... depuis 1 MOIS maintenant.
- Je retirerai mon évaluation lorsque j'aurai ( enfin ! ) reçu une réponse, si ils y arrivent !

Nadie responde ni se hace cargo.
Compré usando el acceso rapido de Apple pay que rellena toda la informacion de pago y envio automaticamente, incluido mi correo. Pasados 7 dias, aun no tengo ningun correo de confirmacion de mi pedido, ni contestacion a los correos mandados a su cuenta de servicio. De momento tengo 187 euros pagados de los que nadie me da respuesta. Lamentable que sigan ocurriendo estas cosas en el 2025...
