I bought the Pop Up Background Photography Portable Grey/Brown
The colors are not as described, the brown color comes out reddish, the gray side is ok

From the first inquiry I sent, every question I asked was answered in a timely manner, and all expectations were met as stated. Shipping was much faster than anticipated which was wonderful because it met our deadline. The Charity department was kind and generous with their non-profit discount since the backdrop we used was for a fundraiser. Our parish community was extremely happy with the way their pictures came out this year as it was the first time we'd used a backdrop like this. I highly recommend Kate Backdrop.

The quality was terrible this year for the all black Christmas Backdrops. So I was very disappointed and didn’t wanna use it

My name is KiKi. I frequent Facebook quite regularly. Somehow, I came across the company ad on my timeline. The backdrops were absolutely fabulous I had no other choice except to click and look up the site. Gosh, I am sooo glad I did. I ended up ordering 3 different back drops because I could not decide which pink I loved most. When they arrived, I quickly realized they were the wrong size and that I needed larger. I reached out to the site and someone ping'd me back right away. She handled it like it was no big deal. She said to just pay the $50 extra and that would make up the difference for the larger drop I needed. This is a company I will use again and again. I hope you will too. Oh, they also do After pay or Klarma or whatever . I will be sharing this site w/some friends of mine. Thank you bunches from Texas. Happy New Year blessings.

We purchased six microfiber backdrops for our Christmas play. All were processed according to our requested specifications. The pictures were clear and sharp, the colors were bright, and our order arrived quickly. Truly, we had a great experience!

We were looking to have a Santa photo shoot set up in our dealership this year and I stumbled across Kate Backdrop. Went through the custom ordering process online with the much-needed help of a customer service rep by the name of Candy. I wasn't able to see that the picture of what we selected had uploaded and she was able to verify that I did order correctly. Our order was definitely fair in price and arrived within a weeks time.

The backdrops were AMAZING and a huge hit with people from our community coming in for their photo op with Santa.

Was skeptical , but the quality was great I thought it would be see through and it wasn’t . Looked really nice

The delivery and the backdrop are overall what I expected, but the fabric on the backdrop had a darker dirt stain on the lighter side.

I was extremely pleased with my backdrop! I used it for my Christmas photoshoot and the quality was top notch and easy to handle. Only issue I had was I was unaware of how long shipping took(I can admit that was my mistake) but thankfully I received everything in time by the scrape of my teeth. Otherwise, I would order again.

I love your backdrops, the material is great to wash and maintain. The colors are vibrant and look beautiful on camera. My only complaint is the delivery service, when I order through Amazon is perfect! But when I ordered directly from the website, the backdrop arrived much later than expected and I had to cancel my Christmas minis.

I ordered two backdrops and both were beautiful one for the church and one for my home, they were for the Christmas Holiday and it they created a beautiful theme. Nice fabric excellent quality. I’ll be purchasing more in the future. I’m happy I found Katebackdrops.

The backdrop we received arrived quickly and was perfect for the photo booth we set up for our annual holiday event. It was very high-quality, true to size, and will be used again for many years to come!
