Kates backdrop/floor
Arrived in decent time. My daughter used a cloth floor and backdrop and the pictures turned out great. She just takes pictures of her kids, she is not professional. Happy with my purchase.

Poor design but good quality otherwise
Love the price and the quality of the backdrop but the print on the fabric is very poor quality. I ordered a white framed wall and you can tell it's very poor design quality, it looks like you had ai try to make framing but it doesn't line up properly. You can't tell when you step back. But when your ontop of it it's clear you diddnt take your time designing it. Also just a side note, your mobile website is broken, your button that shows where to click to see your reward points covers important info when trying to place orders.

I would highly recommend this company. The product was good quality. The price was very reasonable. And the service was excellent. I had sent a message saying that I didn't want it if it wouldn't be here by a certain time and they emailed me personally to say all will be good and it was.

I loved it
I loved it! Excellent quality, both the fabric and the print. I ordered a 10x6.5 combo background/floor. I love that it has a printed example on the back of the hanging area, showing the original design. This makes it easy to identify the background without having to fully remove it. It's very easy to iron and use, as the fabric is quite soft. I'll definitely be back to purchase more.

Beautiful product, terrible shipping times
This is the 2nd time ordering and I can't wait to get my order. Problem is the request for a review comes WAAAY before delivery. My only complaint with Kate Backdrops so far is simply the ridiculous shipping time...and being asked for a review before the product has actually even shipped...oh and the amount of email is excessive.

Regarding shipping times, for standard shipping, it typically takes 2-3 business days for us to produce and pack your backdrop, followed by 7-11 business days for shipping. If you’re in a hurry, we also offer rush delivery, which takes 1-2 business days for production and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
