Fading

Had a new liner replaced by Kayden 4 years ago. After 3rd year when closing the pool and dropped the water level it was revealed that the boarder was extremely faded. After numerous attempts to get someone to view the site, I'm told the issue is related the the pool chemistry.
I have the H2o Chemistry tested weekly and even saved a sample of the H20 on closing. All tests fine. Still they mention the Chemistry. A winter goes by and upon opening the pool, Become more frustrated with the quality of my liner. I then Reengaged with Kayden to no avail. They finally came to my home to check the liner, again they talk about Chemistry.
There logic makes no sense as, the only thing fading is the pools boarder area, from the water line down to the bottom of the boarder. The rest of the wall and floors show no sign of fading what so ever. so if its Chemistry, the walls and floor should indicate such. The walls and floor are as they were when the liner was installed.
It MUST be a manufactures defect in the boarder segment of the liner (they are fused together) Someone dropped the ball on this and I will not stop.
Justice must be served!!!
