I had a truly fantastic experience at Kayes. Booking an appointment with little notice (following a recommendation from my brother who was married 2 years before). I arrived hoping to complete the daunting task of picking an engagement ring that would be a complete surprise. As such some guess/detective work on ring size and style from just thoughts, from start to finish the experience felt personal and supportive. Taking through different styles and how they might feel and of course discussions on metal types and the all important diamond. The team at Kayes worked with me throughout and helped me pick the perfect ring.

I also set an incredibly demanding ask of whether it would be possible to have it set and the ring made within a week so I could have it ready to propose before we went away, and miraculously they could turn it around setting the ring I had chosen in the setting and metal of choice by the Friday after my Saturday appointment.

And thankfully she said Yes!

Made us feel really welcome, went at bit further to get within our budget, great service. Good website to let you see options. I don't intend to buy any more engagement rings, but would definitely go back.
