Kbeads is my favorite supplier for my small jewelry business. I've been bying only from them for the last 2 years. I mainly order semiprecious stones and beads and jewelry findings and every time I am satisfied with the quality and the fast delivery. I love the professionalism and the customer service.

The items I ordered were nice and good quality but I was horrified to receive an invoice 3 weeks later for £53 for duty and import taxes..I won't be purchasing again..U.K. buyers beware.

I have purchased 6 times from Kbeads now. Every time my order has been correct, packaged well and has arrived quickly. They are significantly cheaper than most other Chinese bead suppliers.

If there is a product that they don't have in their stock catalogue, you can email them and they will source it for you. They charge you a small "pickers fee" for this, but otherwise the product you choose stays cheap and is sourced quote quickly. Their customer service team is polite, effective and friendly.

If I had to think of one way they could improve, i would love for them to offer a few discounts to be used on smaller orders....Im a new small business, and funds dont allow me to place huge orders yet, and often the discounts only apply to large orders.....but this is a very small request that many other businesses don't offer either.

Im honestly so impressed with everything about this company, i wouldnt use any other bead supplier for my small business! Try them out, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Placed an order recently and it came within one week to the UK. Arrived safely and great quality beads and findings. Would recommend and definitely be ordering from them again.

The service was fast, my order arrived early much sooner than I expected, the products that I ordered are quality products, in fact I am wearing a pair of earrings today made with findings in that ordered, excellent prices, This was my first order but it will not be my last. I ordered a small amount on this order to check out the quality and variety offered because this was a new store to me. I am very pleased with the prices, quality of the products, and speed of shipping.

I think it's the first time I write a positive review because I'm more than impressed with their customer service. The delivery service has delivered my order in an unsafe place and they were lost. Kbeads quickly resolved the issue after I provided evidence and resent my order with no cost. Communication was fast and straightforward. I'll definitely order again

I placed an order with this company on 26/10. From 27/10 an item was suddenly out of stock. I was not given the option to cancel the item or select a substitute until 03/11, and cancelled within an hour of receiving that email. I did not get an email notification of refund being initiated until 08/11.

Order was shipped on 05/11 (10 days after ordering), tracking number was only valid once parcel reached the UK. Received order on 11/11, over 2 weeks after it was placed. Delivery process itself was faster than expected so no issues there, but KBeads surpassed date my order should have been sent out by, which was already generous.

Order was packed well and as expected, except for 7-8mm pearl beads. I sent photos of them next to 8mm beads from the same Kbeads order, to show they were generally 5.5-6.5mm instead of size specified. This wasn't enough for them, and they asked for a photo of the pearl beads next to a ruler, which I sent.

They then agreed that the beads were smaller than ordered, but only offered a 20% 'discount'. I managed to compromise at 30%, but I don't think they resolved the issue well at all - most companies who deliver something that isn't as described would issue a refund, or offer a return, as they should. Due to this experience, I will likely not shop with this company again.

I am and earring designer and the finding I find on here for my handmade earrings give them an extra something, really please with the things I have found. The quality is always good & the shipping is usually pretty quick. I will buy again.

Good communication from the company, the products have been great. The postage well packaged and arrives in good time. Customs has been accurately filled out.
