Product as described.
Product was great, as described, and arrived quickly.
Only niggle was the 2 emails I received after purchase asking me to "take the time to leave positive feedback". Felt quite assuming that it would be positive, without asking me 1st if I was happy. Seemed a little pushy and & like the only reason I was being contacted was because they were desperate for positive feedback. Perhaps they should think about rewording this to something like "If you were happy with your purchase/service please spare a few minutes to leave us feedback." I'm sure I'm not the only one to be aggravated by this so just bare in mind.
All asides I would def shop from again and loved the product.

Good experience for a first time buyer
Hadn't previously heard of the company so was a little wary about placing an order. However, they were the only people I could find on-line who had the size of Clarks shoes in the style and colour I wanted, and they were also offering them at a good price. Once the transaction was made, received notification of the progress of my delivery and when it arrived (quickly) the items were excellently packaged - in fact, better than if you'd bought them over the counter in a store. Would certainly consider using KCMODE.com again.
