Ordered a Miele Washer Dryer which are very heavy machines. Just moved to a new house where the laundry room is on the first floor so ensured when I ordered that I let these people know out of courtesy. They advised I would need to buy a two man delivery. I am from a time when heavy appliances were always delivered by two people. Anyway, I paid an extra £60 approximately for two men. Delivery day arrived and only one man showed up! I’d waited weeks for the machine and so called to report this. I was advised it was a ‘mistake’ and that it was either let the delivery man get the machine in or rebook which could be weeks before they’re south again. I have four children and cannot be without a machine. They made no attempt to get another man over to my property that day. The man wanted to come in without any shoe covers and use a hydrolic lifting machine with filthy wheels on my brand new carpet! That failed and so my daughter and I had to help the little man that came to get the machine up two flights of stairs. In the process due to the man being very ‘slapdash’ he scrapped my stair posts and marked my walls. I sent in shots of the damage and was basically called a liar by them saying their man didn’t do any damage getting an extremely heavy W/D up two flights of stairs in a house that had only just been built and was perfect in terms of decor. During this fiasco the delivery man didn’t stop complaining about how many times he’d been sent to houses to deliver heavy appliances where a ‘two man’ had been booked only to end up doing it himself. I asked why? He replied that the company don’t want to pay for two men to stay in hotels down here, its too expensive! I said, but I have paid for it! He said, this is what they do, there’s no health and safety for us drivers. When I reported that this is what he’d said KDH denied this and refused to pay for a can of paint to touch up the damage. Seemed to think that offering a refund for a service I didn’t get was doing me a big favour! An absolute disgrace! will never order from these people again.

Fantastic service and price. Laura, the sales rep I spoke with, was so helpful in organising the delivery to suit me. The price for the Mieli washing machine was £200 cheaper than any where else on line and the guy who did the installation was also so helpful. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Rubbish. Ordered on Saturday, email on Monday saying order being processed, chased on Friday to be told no stock(although it was in stock and I will have to wait at least a month)! Not their fault made to fill all mine. Sorry to have tried to buy something from you, don’t worry I won’t do it again.

I'm delighted to share that I received exceptional service from KDH. From the moment I placed the order, they consistently kept me in the loop by sending status updates via email at every stage. Although I had purchased a Hitachi fridge with the expectation of direct delivery from the brand, they unfortunately couldn't deliver to my location. However, KDH impressed me with their swift response. They promptly stepped in, arranging a delivery themselves. The speed of the delivery was truly remarkable. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
