I ordered a Joetisserie from these guys. It arrived almost immediately. But completely my fault, I ordered the wrong size and unfortunately they were out of stock of the one I needed. I was given return details to send the wrong one back to them and the money was refunded in full the day they received it. All through the experience, they have been polite and professional and although I didn't get the item I needed on this occassion, I am extremely impressed with this company and I will definitely use them in the future. I purchased a Campingaz Attitude LX BBQ and it's brilliant! I cooked steaks for my partner and they were amazing!!! Griddle gets really hot which is great for steaks and kebabs! The size is perfect for my small garden. Alos really easy to clean as inside panels come out to go in the dishwasher. Delivered on the day as requested. Great service and product.

Ive just bought a Bosh paint sprayer and I can highly recommend Keen Gardener. Not only were they extremely efficient and helpful, but when I had a problem when I came to use it, again, they were very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Our 30 metre Hozelock hose reel which was over 5 years old failed on us recently so we were looking for a replacement, Keengardener had the 40 metre version in stock, it was dispatched promptly.

Unfortunately after 5 days it started leaking internally.

I contacted Keengardener customer services who responded promptly, were very helpful and offered me a refund or replacement. We opted for a replacement and they collected the faulty hose the next day at their cost.

They didn't have any in stock but within a week a brand new replacement was received, annoyingly within an hour the same fault occurred, again a contacted customer service who again responded promptly, arranged collection (at their cost) and refunded us.

This was a little frustrating for us and I feel there is a quality control issue or a bad batch of hose pipes, however Keengardener have behaved impeccably throughout. Even though ultimately we did not receive a working hose pipe Keengardeners customer service was superb and it was obvious they cared about the customer.

The product issues were obviously not there fault and they were let down by the supplier as a company I feel they were superb and deserving of 5 stars on how quickly the original order was processed and dispatched, customer services, the professionalism, courtesy and effort they made to resolve the issue.

I have used them before for some greenhouse tables with no problems and will use them again for sure.

Highly recommended.

Bosch garden shears ordered 9-06 am on Friday 24th July 2020.It is now Tuesday the 28th July and there will be NO DELIVERY today.
This outfit were quick to take my money but an absolute shambles when it comes to delivering the goods.
Give this firm a wide berth I will in future.
Ordered same product this afternoon locally on a price match.Just delivered by a local driver.
This is the difference between a professional outfit and an amateur outfit in my opinion.

I have received my order of a new lawnmower 2 days after placing the order and exactly when predicted by KeenGardener.
The ordering was simple, even for a ludite such as me. They kept me informed of the progress of the delivery time.
And whats more the item was over 20% less expensive than the large online retailer and is the 2020 version and not the 2018.
I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service- especially during the last few weeks when ordering stock and delivering was not straightforward. The staff team responded quickly to emails and the patio furniture cover was despatched promptly. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

Disappointing misrepresentation of product led to a return, staff were nice but management were very unhelpful. If you misrepresent a product I should not have to pay return postage.

Ordered a bbq and a few other bits. Had a big range and competitively priced. Website is also very clear on if the item is in stock. Fast and on time delivery - perfect

The BBQ was also competitively priced and delivered within a few days. Although the BBQ arrived without the included gas hose and regulator, I was able to easily contact customer service and received the missing parts the very next day!

Rapid delivery, excellent price - cheaper than competitors. Never normally write these reviews but thought I should with the incredible service I received. Would never hesitate buying from these again 👍👍

We recently purchased a palram 6 x 6 harmony greenhouse from keen gardener. The service was excellent and delivery even in this times very quick. They even answered a facebook messenger request on a saturday so absolutly a1 service and products.
