The last time I renewed was 3 months ago and when I put in the new code it tells me I am expired - I messaged the support initially and have sent several more emails. No response to anything! I came across to this converter when I'm looking for a tool to convert youtube music to mp3. It runs smoothly and I've exported my favorite youtube music playlist as .mp3 files to my Windows PC. Yet it's a pity that I cannot run it on my Samsung phone. I was told that the program is only available on Windows & Mac computer.
