Brilliant service in every aspect
This was our first experience with buying from Keith Builders Merchants and we weren't disappointed at all. My wife ordered timber sleepers for some new raised beds online which was followed up with a confirmation. The prices were competitive and delivery would be a few days. We live in Nairn so not so far away. Better still the day before I called to add a box of screws to the delivery and paid separately. Yesterday a lovely man, an army veteran of many years, arrived with the timber and screws within 5 minutes of his phone call saying he was close by. The timber was as expected and he kindly placed the sleepers for us. Based on this experience we have no hesitation in recommending KMB to anybody who may need their services. Very Impressed
Next day delivery of six bulk bags (three sharp sand and three hard core) unexpectedly quick but very welcome. Bags were deposited by driver in a sensible place as no-one at home. Not used the stuff yet, but a quick look at the hard core and no sign of big stones like you see from some other suppliers. All positive so far and would definitely recommend.
