Fraudulent Misrepresentation

Public Statement of Complaint Regarding Deceptive
Automotive Financing and Misrepresentation

I, Carroll-Barker-Jr: Byrne (Carroll Barker Byrne Jr), make the following good-faith statement to disclose and document a pattern of financial misrepresentation and contractual abuse by Transportation Network VII, LLC, doing business as Yes Chevrolet, located at 200 Saturn Way, Hurricane, West Virginia 25526.
In June 2023, I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado through this dealership. During the transaction:
The dealership inflated the trade-in value of my prior vehicle from the agreed verbal amount of $14,500 to $22,000 in documentation sent to GM Financial, inflating the loan amount and resulting in a false debt obligation;
A separately paid extended warranty (via Discover Card) was misclassified as part of the down payment—creating a double charge with interest, and misrepresenting the true financial structure;
Financial documents were modified without my knowledge or consent in order to secure loan approval under false pretenses.
These acts, among others, I contend, constitute loan fraud against the lender, deceptive financing practices, and breach of fiduciary duty. Despite denying wrongdoing, the dealership made escalating financial offers for a full liability release—offers which I declined. I have submitted notice to GM Financial and am preparing formal legal action.
This statement is based on firsthand knowledge, notarized documentation, and unrebutted legal notices. I release it publicly in the interest of transparency, consumer protection, and record correction.
