Kelkoo supported us during our shop launch to acquire qualitative traffic with purchase intent for our products. All contacts with Kelkoo representatives have been smooth, always having great support from our account manager.
We cancelled our advertisers account at Kelkoo as soon as we could due to very poor traffic performance (little conversion, 90% bounce rates 0 seconds spend on our ttarget website which is unusal for us), bugs in traffic generation which led to 66% false clicks and poor customer service.
