Lengthy claim time.

I applied for a diesel claim on my mercedes in 2021, it's still not resolved. Kinda getting fed up and looking at taking my claim elsewhere.

Put in a diesel claim for my mercedes…

Put in a diesel claim for my mercedes emissions back in 2022, we are now in 2026 and I havent had any updates from KP in 2 years! Not kidding.

Last email was dated january 2024.

Portal links dont even work anymore.

Have the claims been settled and I jist havent been told? Very strange and not professional to go 2 years without an email.

Scam likely to cost money

Simple sign up but vague charges … 40% plus vat plus expenses…. Expenses likely to be more than the value professional scammers at their best

5 years and no further forward!

5 years ago I stupidly joined the Mercedes class claim for diesel emissions with Keller Lenkner (who i have today discovered were taken over by KP Law). I have received possibility 4 maybe 5 emails in all that time, three of them asking me to re-send the information they had already had. no communication now for approximately a year, and no notice that the firm had been sold, or what is happening with the claim. I have submitted a complaint today and plan to pursue with the legal ombudsman and SRA too. The extremely poor practice I have seen makes me seriously doubt the legitimacy of any of the "good" reviews I've seen on here!

My Mercedes claim has been going on for…

My Mercedes claim has been going on for 5 years. Last update was 5 months ago with a generic email. Keller Lenkner sold the company to KP Law and left everyone in the lurch. There doesn’t seem to be anyone I can complain to?

i dont even understand what the point…

i dont even understand what the point is! The company has been chasing Binance and it has now been several years and i dont think there had been any progress what so ever, binance seem to simply dodge Kellers attempts. i have been going back and forward for the best part of three years to no avail. to be honest theres barely any updates or movement, may as well wave my losses goodbye!!

I have claimed my Mercedes emission claim more than 4 years ago but it seems all cases takes time FOREVER whereas they made a contract that this case takes 3 and half years max. I have to born in the next generation in order to get benefit of it.

I’ve submitted my Mercedes Diesel…

I’ve submitted my Mercedes Diesel Emissions claim over 2 year ago. The last update I have had was over 6 months ago. Just called to be told 1 of my 2 cars was not accepted even though I provided all the correct documentation. Rep said they would escalate the issue and someone should be in touch within a week. So not happy with this firm, last time I threatened to take my case away from them and they basically told me where to go!!! Not good

No communication or help when trying to resolve my late fathers estate

Unfortunately my father passed away recently while still being owed money from a diesel omissions claim that was confirmed in writing early 2022. But no payment has since been made by Keller Postman.

I have called asking for an update four times since 2 December - but every time I just get told that the legal team will be in touch and there's nothing the customer service team can do to help. I asked on the last two occasions (including today) to be transferred to a manager or a person who can escalate and they said it's not possible. How is this so?

I think the way I'm being treated with no communication, outreach or proactivity to get the matter resolved it's beyond poor. I'm dealing with enough right now without having to chase companies who should be more mindful of the circumstances I face while trying to sort my father's estate. It's totally insensitive.

I would not recommend this company based on this level of service or treatment.

“I write to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for your colleagues Keller Postman , Abida Islam for her highly professional and competent services, provided in both a friendly and accessible manner. You were fantastic fair and transparent in fighting my case, saving my belief in people and establishing justice for which I will always be grateful I was robbed by professional scammers and was down over the whole situation , Abida I had belief in and true to her word was successful in getting some of my money back to me , thank you Abida and Keller postman , I cannot thank you enough or praise .

Without this company I would have lost all my money, they gave me such good advice and were so patient and not forgetting their professionalism & competency. This matter was so long & drawn out. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone, I really can’t fault them

Ongoing uselessness

Well what a surprise, NOT.
Yet again I receive an email from this company requesting more information that I have already provided numerous times, and then when I phone them, they admit that they already have all of it on file.
It really seems to me that the only thing this company is any good at is wasting their clients time.
Perhaps I should send them a bill for all of my time they have wasted.

Diesel Claim I have rang twice in 2 weeks to ask if…

I have rang twice in 2 weeks to ask if all information had been received, although saying yes they have on the phone, they still have not emailed to put it in writing. after the 2nd call they said they had sent an email a few days ago, when i said I had not received anything, they said they have just sent another one . when i said i have not received it, the lady said she could see it had been sent and the problem was on my side.
Just had reply on Trustpilot 4 hours ago that they are trying to reach out to me. Why not email me the confirmation I asked for ?
They have been in touch today and confirmed all information received. So hopefully issue resolved.

I filled in the Dieselgate forms…

I filled in the Dieselgate forms ages ago and sent them off to Keller. Cannot remember when it was, but must be getting towards two years. To be honest, I forgot all about it.
Imagine my surprise when I recently got an email from Keller saying that my claim had been successful. I had to fill in another form online and sit back and wait.
Exactly a fortnight later the money arrived in my bank account. Keller were quite honest about all the figures involved and they made a good whack out of it but who cares. I'm much better off for doing nothing.........Happy Days and Thank you

Ref VW emissions claim.

I submitted an emissions claim having owned a VW years ago that fell into the criteria that may benefit from a legal payout.

I used Keller Postman UK and to be fair had completely forgotten about the whole affair until a recent phone call / email saying I’d been awarded some money!

Happy days and thank you very much for pursuing this for me.
