Initially I had some installation problems with a few brushes. I contacted support, who immediately sent me further install information. Problem all sorted, turns out it was my misinterpretation of initial instructions. Exceptional after purchase service. The brushes and presets that I have tested are very good. Thank you.

I initially had problems getting things to download, but Kevin was very patient and helpful in getting me up and running. Love the new toys !!!!

Very informative guides and excellent customer service!

I had a credit card issuer glitch while buying, used a different card to complete the transaction. As happens sometimes with these things when your trying to complete a transaction quickly, both cards charged. Contacted kelvin designs through their site, a couple hours later they notified me of refunds on the card that had the problem during purchase.

After creating an account there was a slight hick up, I contacted the site, expecting a reply within a couple of days but I received a reply within an hour, and that was on a Saturday! They solved my little "problem" immediately! Well done, excellent service (thanks David!)

Great tools, easy raw editing!

Kelvin Designs Lightroom Classic Presets turn my photos from good to great! I'm new to using presets and contacted via e-mail, the Support Team for some technical guidance. David was very responsive and quickly provided step-by-step instructions. David knew just what I needed and was polite and courteous. Thank you David!

My query was answered promptly and followup continued. The responder was gracious in his replies and sent video explanation for my questions. At this moment, I think my issues are resolved and I'll continue exploring how to use the ACR presets provided by Kelvin Designs.

I have invested a great deal of time and effort into learning Photoshop over the last 2 years.

I am happy to say quite a bit of my experience has been through training programs with differing teachers.

One of my favorites is definately with Kelvin Pilmont.
His teaching is straight forward, easy to follow and very professional, which i like.

My learning is excelling everyday and i thank the Kelvin Designs Training Platform, and Kelvin for this.

Please keep up the great work in the future.

The Kelvin Designs website and tools are much more than just a few brushes, tools, and pre-sets to get you started on optimizing your favorite images. He has laid out and explained a well organized collection of the tools that helped him to not only optimize his favorite images, but create a rational process that can be applied to anyones workflow to increase both image quality and decrease the time needed to repeat these processes to future projects thus making him a more productive and creative artist. Check out his website and be sure to watch his lecture of "Creating Beautiful Art Using Photoshop in Minutes" His method is a big eye opener if you have ever felt bogged down doing photo editing... Really helpful and responsive.

I had some issues (my fault) getting things right, and they were on hand to make sure it was resolved.

And the pre-sets themselves are great - save me loads of time, specially while I am learning.

Highly recommend.
