UPDATE:
Kelzor still reacts with 0 understanding and plays down the importance of an intact packaging.

What they call "very small cosmetic blemishes" is in fact holes that are bigger than a 2€ coin in the packaging.

Stay far far away from them, they probably buy damaged products and sell them as "new" condition for profit.

Their excuses are laughable at best and they should finally react to their customers feedback.

Instead of reporting your customers feedback I would suggest doing some courses on how to improve customer satisfaction.

Review:
Dents and holes on the booster boxes.
Two orders in a row had the booster boxes (10 pieces - 6 pieces damaged) with significant damages that should have been clearly stated.

The company placates the customer despite the clear loss in value, claiming the box packaging is worthless and is meant to be opened anyway.

The market seems to view it differently:
Booster box with 36 boosters = €160 (€4.44 per booster)
1 booster = €2.90
Thus, the box alone increases the value by 35%, as there are people who collect boxes.

Definitely, there is a saving on shipping materials, quality, and understanding of the customer's perspective..

Very fast shipment (bought a display).
Seller probably sent the display before i even payed. ( payment in Cardmarket can take up to 4 days).

Great customer service and even greater products. Was immediately contacted by the seller and given great instruction how to follow up on everything, which very nice.

Everything arrived on time and as described!

My order arrived fast and well packaged and in good condition. Good communication from seller as well. Very pleased :)

I’ve ordered from Kelz0r four times now, every time was overall a very smooth and pleasant experience!

Packaging:
It’s always really well packed with a lot of care with bubble wrap and usually those air pillows. My last orders contained both bigger and smaller items - big packs in the bottom, smaller ones on top, ETBs and tin box on the side so everything fitting perfectly. It might seem logical but not all stores pack with that much care.

Items always arrived in pristine condition for a very good price as well. I mostly ordered Pokémon related items and also tried a comic book at some point, not a scratch anywhere at all. I could easily keep the items sealed if I wanted to.

Customer service:
Really great. I’ve always been treated with respect and felt they truly care for the customer to have a good experience. I’ve had a couple of issues with the postal service for my last order and the people at Kelz0r made sure it was taken care of (parcel got shipped back to them and then right back to me in a matter of 3 days).

Only once did they make a mistake where I got the wrong item (right binder but I had ordered one that could hold 480 cards and received the 360 cards version). I decided to keep the item and as soon as I contacted them they refunded the difference in price.

I’ve seen people complain about some items being out of stock or not in stock right away but that’s how most shops work as they usually have suppliers, especially when having such a huge range of quality products. There is no scam and if an item you bought is out of stock, Kelz0r just won’t take the money for that particular item, no worries to have there :)

Overall a wonderful experience where I get to enjoy my items and my collection safely, not worrying about the outcome!

Fast shipping! Good packaging that protected my purchase even tho the outside of the box was a mess. Highly recommend!
