They have awful policies including selling things they do not currently have in stock, though the website states they do, and taking several days after the order to address it.

Careful when buying in the physical store, they’ll make a 20 year old tell you the news that everything is more expensive there though you could order online and pick up in the physical store for cheaper.

I’ve ordered cards stated as mint but they didn’t have the cards yet so how did they know the condition of the card. (It wasn’t mint, one was even bent.)

Save yourself the embarrassment to have to go through their “customer service” at every order. They seem glad to have less work to do.
