With service and Attention to detail and lighting delivery ,I will bring my Fifth Wheel for service for now on . Thanks For the great experience .

This was poor service with bad support. In addition, I cancelled this service but they continued to charge my law firm, highly advise that you fo NOT do business with this company!!!

Marcus Sero at Mini of Reno was the best salesman I have ever met. What a nice gentleman!!! Made me very happy, He did above and beyond!!!

Other than telemarketing and spamming your phone lines to do demos our experience is similar to other reviewers they lock you in auto renewing contracts and magically don't acknowledge your cancellation until after its already renewed and tell you its to bad. Ther software is mediocure and many other solutions are better. If something is not working you have absolutely no support or assistance. Save your money and work with a better company that doesnt strong arm you.

This company contacted us over one year ago to sell their business texting services. We tried them for a year and decided that the value we received was not worth the money that we were spending, almost $5000 per year. The have an automatic renewal in the contract unless notified 30 days in advance. Our representative contacted us by email at 6:10 PM during a holiday period knowing that we were closed and told us that if we wanted to cancel we had to do it by the end of that same day. By the time we got the message, we were told that it was too late to cancel and they went ahead and charged my card for another 5 grand. While they service they offer is okay, their business tactics are not. They intentionally waited until it was too late for us to cancel. They use devious business tactics to hold you inot a service you don't want.
