had to have a new dishwasher the lady who took our order was freindly and helpful the new washer was delivered by mike and scott who also chatty helpful and freindly and soon had the new one in place very competent thank you all at kensington

Kensington is just the best and we are very fortunate in Heathfield to have them. I contacted them in the morning and by the afternoon my new tumble dryer was installed and drying its first load. I wouldn’t bother with the web chat it’s not efficient and took an hour to establish if I could get same day delivery. I gave up with it and phoned to place the order which was much better. Delivery chap couldn’t have been more helpful, even moved the old machine into the garden for scrap collection.

At Heathfield, I asked for advice for a reliable washing machine at a competitive price and Steve was very helpful. It arrived promptly and Scott and Mark gained a full 5* for delivery and set-up. They even replaced my t/d on top of new machine, ready for use again. Very impressed.

Required a new integrated fridge freezer.. so requested the same make/model to ensure compatible with kitchen unit. Superb advice and service, requested that they deliver and fit early a.m. - friendly/professional team fitted early a.m. as requested Fantastic!!

I spent over £500 on a new fridge freezer and arranged delivery for a Thursday afternoon.

At 5.15pm I called the shop to ask about the delivery saying that it was, by that time, the end of the afternoon.

I received not one word of apology but found myself in a surreal conversation about what time the afternoon ended.

I believe I was cut off, because when I called back from the same number there was no answer; however, when I called from another number the same person picked up.

I was able to get out of him (eventually) that they were about 10 minutes away.

Why he couldn’t have just said sorry and told me that on the first call, I don’t know.

He was not personable or in any way apologetic, suggesting that I was the one being awkward. This time he told me that he was going to put the phone down on me and did.

The delivery team apologised straight away and, with my assistance, got the freezer in place.

We are panning to have a new fitted kitchen this year and will need a full range of appliances.

Whilst I try and support local businesses, I won’t be buying them from Kensington Appliances.

Had a washing machine delivered today, and what great service I have received, from the sales team to the amazing delivery team, would 100% use again

Fantastic local store. I recently purchased a tumble dryer from Kensington. The staff in the shop were extermely helpful. Delivery and installation was all done within 48 hours and was stress free.
Very good on pricing as well, i would highly recommend.

purchased a haden 50" cooker from them. when they delivered cooker. there were some spare pieces in bottom oven. man inserted in to where he thought they belonged. cooker was like a toy land cooker. took forever to heat up and you had to put maximum for oven to heat and cook. a week later i heard a noise coming from the oven and found two screws and bracket lying on bottom of oven!
a week later i had familly round and i put a lasagna in oven, 20 mins in to cookinf time oven door blew open and big plume of smoke!! not impressed. so i called kensingtons and asked for someone to assess they took oven away. i went into shop and asked for some advise and help, shop manager didnt want to know, wouldnt give me any satisfaction on any other cooker, was extremely hostile so i asked for a refund. she was very curt and her manner was rude. beware if purchasing goods from there!

We required a range cooker which Steve from Kensington Appliances was very helpful in helping us choose and in coming up with a package that was much more competitive than the big online retailers. Will definitely go back to Kensington Appliances when we have future electrical goods requirements.

Needed a new upright tall built-in fridge. Bought from them as fairly local & price similar to Curry's etc. Fitting also requested due to location of the fridge making it complex. All done on time, well-fitted, nice people. No regrets on using them.

Avoid at all costs.
I bought a £2.500 Stove (oven) from Kensington over a year ago.
It was faulty from the start, so they passed the book to the supplier and I had 3 engineers to come out to it. When they finally listened and realised it wasn’t going to be fixed I decided on a refund. (Customer rights) This was back in November. It is February and I am now having to involve legal action. Disgusting!

Ordered a large American style fridge from Kensington. It was delivered on time and efficiently installed by a team of competent and cheerfull young men. The installation was tricky because of the narrowness of doors leading into the space, but they set to with a will and the job was done to my complete satisfaction.

bought washing machine 6th aug ,paid £70 to have them install and fit ,they could not install intergrated door propperly .came back 2 weeks later still not fitted great ,guy said there not carpenters ,but said not to worry we well sort it , well its 13th oct still not done , waste of £70 ,ill have to get my own chippy to fix,

Used them for a full set of appliances the service was second to none all the staff where great very very competitive and helped us complete our dream kitchen to the perfect spec when many appliances are hard to find, we found the hole experience great very pleasant experience one of the most accommodating businesses I’ve come across

Needed a tumble dryer.. friendly professional service in the shop. Delivered the following day but unfortunately there was a fault
Within 5 hours it was replaced with a higher spec one at no extra charge. I thoroughly recommend this great company and would not go anywhere else !!

Needing a tumble drier in a fairly short time, and a reasonable price, I came across Kensington Appliances online, and remembered seeing them in Heathfield High Street.
On the principle of "use or lose" I decided to order from them through Euronics.
Delivery was prompt and courteous, and of course masked and socially distanced.
Five stars all round.

Dishwasher packed up last night. Popped to Kensingtons on the off chance they had one in stock this morning. Plenty of choice in stock and excellent advice on the varying products. Have used them before and will use them again. Fantastic service.

Once again excellent service received. Washing machine delivered and installed during lockdown, delivery team provided a very Covid safe contactless service and everything was explained completely over the phone prior to arrival. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
