There should be zero rating. I'm from London originally and moved to Kent in 2014 biggest regret ever, I felt safer in London and never had any dealings with police unless it was work related as I worked in public sector. Kent Police just shocking it's like all the one's that failed police training get sent to Kent. How can whole of Kent Police not know the law of country and how to enforce it. I obtained an 18 month injunction for HA with power of arrest that literally was abused by the perpetrator for 18 months and over 1200 police attendances to date ongoing, failure to enforce their own partial closure order after refusing witnesses to attend court failed to secure full closure order. Then have failed for over a year to enforce CPN or safeguard the victim and named on all these court orders. In fact Kent Police knock residents doors at 1.30am harassing for a, screwdriver to force entry to the vile and verbally abusive alcoholic and drug addict with current CPN and subject all the residents to further ASB and join in with the criminals. Over a month waiting for MP to get responses from Kent Police and West Kent Housing Association all doing nothing. What a circus it's full of clowns playing cops and robbers.

Police are either too scared to do anything, or side with the liars, especially if they're friends. It also seems as if they would prefer to believe those with money. They've stood by and allowed hate crime and slander, yet if I stand up for my rights, then I'm the one that's blamed, and having my car trashed, home entered, pets seriously hurt, just isn't a crime. I used to think to be a police officer, you need to be A+ student, it's fair to say they're more like D+. Sad, sad, sad on so many levels.

Disgrace. They Was asked to do a welfare check on a baby who has been imvolved with social services, the baby had not been seen in 2 weeks and exstended family was concwred as no awnser at door or phone, police was called asked to do a chdck and got told they cant and was spoken to rudely the little girl on the phone sounded like she had just left school. DISGUSTING

i had reported threats to kill and fight me to the death if i reported a txi driver who hit my partner and my self in our vehical ,

i had to restrain this man as he came at me with these threats 2 days after ignoring our calls after he left an rta and gave no details or id at the scene (he hit US) we was in a parking bay at the time.

as we went to see if we could get some info as we had each others addresses,
hes not reported it to his insurers or his taxi licencing team this was back in jan,
he gave me a fake name with right address he crashed into my partners car bumper on purpose the damage pictures show ,
i had to let this dangerous man go and not carry on with a citizen arrest as his partner was at the same time attacking my wife in her cleaning company vehicle smashing the window screen, (more damage ) this man is out for money he even told this officer straight away hes out of pocket,
now bare in mind his words was "ill f**king kill you and fight you to the death before you have me licence taken,

im disabled with epilepsy i have had 8 tumours removed and im registered with a carer, i reported this around 4 weeks after admittedly late as i thought its not worth the hastle or threats he had given ill just claim through the mib,
i was arrested this man had accused me of beating him up taking a phone and hes fabricated a black eye and conveniently sent a copy to the police .

i have asked for the LAST 3 weeks for my safe guarding to be taken into consideration and this man be investigate aswell i live alone he has my address and the officer in margate seems to have completely gas lighted my interview and failed me an my familys safe guarding regards to this mans desperate allegations as he was never intending to report this the correct way .

hence his threats to me so its a bit funny how he said hes lost apparently his phone.?
its so open and shut lol this officer in hand took my phone with out letting me get any emergency numbers from my consultants my carer any means of help even an ambulance or a way to call if this man carrys out his threats, completley failed basic police college work and she needs to be re trained in the safe guarding department as the reckless ness of the handling of this case with threats to kill me she's taken no steps knowing im vulnerable to put my mind at rest or update me or my partner on these counter allegations failed a duty care and was very very biased , she was even leaning towards the attack being a racially motivated as he said i was screaming at him a Muslim . more lies listed too.

me and my family are fully let down by the actions of this failure of safe guarding and its documented and ill be taking it further as shes left me feeling unsafe in my own home and cant even be bothered to call me and let me know about a thing ( i replaced my phone ) for my own safety,
again very biased and told me im on bail until may as im now a robbery suspect :[
iv not stepped out of line in 18 years and have been treated like a common thief for protecting my self and being failed with my personal safety over these threats is shocking , very very biased and unfair needs re training and an attitude change towards the general public . not taking into consideration any thing i have said .
this is shocking and im complaining to the highest place i can , as my safety has been ignored knowing full well im vulnerable disabled with epilepsy. not to forget the 8 tumour's removed from my head 2 years ago.
thanks margate police another job well done , causing my health to decline with my epilepsy and the anxiety because of this mans threats is at serious risk and the officer dont give a dam about the other side of his lies , and the scary thing is its supposed to be margate cid lol

it should be treated fairly and impartially and acted on straight away as clearly its not a trivial comment when a desperate man whos lost numerous claims says that and comes at me to attack.
bar that the other officers was really good , just the interviewing oficcer gas lighting a vulnerable man and being very biased because i called this man an immigrant as he wasnt english i had no other way of describing him, she didnt like that as she was European , my daughter is of muslim faith and shes mixed race so that dont sit fair or right in any way.
im sorry but he has caused me and my family no end of trouble and now this and the failure of safe guarding by a particular officer with a shocking attitude . iv sent 10 emails begging for some kind of reassurance and have had nothing back at all its beyond us . the more we re ignored fuels us to keep this documented to show this officers actions and our treatment and my health situation completely ignored and taken the side of a know insurance fraudster ,

so we re now out of pocket £1500 plus vat and im on bail for total lies . there making me ill .

Dreadful police force. Scared of getting hands dirty in situations and need traini g in 21st century tech . Customer service doesnt exist

I can’t believe you’re constabulary are so unprofessional. I spoke on the chat asking you for advice as my partner is always giving me verbal abuse I asked you if there’s something I can do about it if he carries on I clearly told you that I was safe and I was okay. I told you that I did not want you to attend to any of my properties.You used my phone number records to locate my address and you came round and burst into my house and checked all my bedrooms. This kind of behaviour makes situations worse for women. You are totally unprofessional and do not bang on my door it’s terrible the way you treat people

Absolutely disgusted at a service that is meant to protect us especially a single woman living alone given the rise in crime against women. Having been harassed by a male, dangerous, mentally unpredictable neighbour & produced 26 images/videos of him behaving in a very inappropriate manner to my ring camera I have been told to adjust the parameters of said camera & stop looking. When I have been physically assaulted or worse by him it will be too late to help me but that will happen & I will be another statistic of attack or worse which is more than likely knowing his psychotic personality to add to their paperwork to get cleared ASAP from their desk.
Tell my family I did all I could to protect myself with no help or support from the emergency service I once respected.

These so called police are allowing little girls to get raped! Even the social services are failing children! Literally handing over to illegal migrant rapist! They are not here to protect you, or your family! Only for themselves!

Too many incidents to list them all, but don't expect them to help you. I was being stalked and harassed. Two MALE officers (Maidstone police) came to see me, when I was feeling most vulnerable and they were sharing a private joke and laughing right in front of me. They left me feeling like absolute crap. Only one officer helped me in that situation but she left sadly. I have no faith in the police here at all. They're lazy and won't lift a finger to help you as a victim of crime and to make matters worse, the CPS will have you anxiously preparing for trial and then just randomly drop the case for no particular reason. What an absolute shambles. Even the operators are rude as hell so that has also put me off calling 101.

Canterbury police station is shit because one of the officers has nick my phone i been asking for it since last yr so if anyone get arrested dont take ur phone they wont give it back it will get nick

Absolutely useless. Reported harassment from a neighbour that's been going on months. Neighbourhood police woman useless. Neighbours have said I'm harassing them so it's he said she said. Kept logs of incidents but need video or photos. I can't afford CCTV so she said do you have a phone. I can't sit at a window 24 hours a day taking photos. There are 5 people next door participating at various times! Had a couldn't give a toss attitude. It appears you can harass and bully your neighbours with no consequences. She offered to visit the neighbours but kept reiterating nothing she could do and it may make things worse. Clearly didn't want to go round. Absolutely dire. Probably too busy with other communities!! I'll update after matters escalate. Also, if someone dumps garden waste in your garden it's not an offence. I thought fly tipping was a good start!! And they wonder why we have no faith in them!

Absolutely disgusted by the way Kent Police handled our case at Stone House Maidstone. We called for help when the venue owner—who had already been fully paid until Tuesday—knocked on the newlywed couple’s door demanding an extra £380 without any reason.claiming that they left packed rubbish inside the premises, couple is still present.
Despite us showing clear proof -receipts, emails, and contracts - the officers dismissed it and told us it was a civil matter and to contact a solicitor. We were treated as if we were bothering them, not like a family who had just been unfairly targeted after a wedding. This happened at Stone Court House, where the owner is known to encourage or pay for false positive reviews. I would advise Black families in particular to avoid both this business and the police in this area. What’s worse is that the officers kept turning off their body cameras. I had to repeatedly remind them to turn them back on. When we returned briefly to collect a personal item, we saw the venue owner offering them drinks -completely inappropriate and shocking. The entire experience reeked of racial bias. Their dismissive attitude, lack of urgency, and failure to take our evidence seriously made it clear. We’ve filed a formal complaint with badge numbers and are requesting full bodycam footage for accountability.

Maidstone police service are worse than useless and wonder why people have no trust in them and take matters into their own hands.
My ex wife who through me out and made me homeless is allowed to break into the Yale lock in my room and have access to my personal possessions according to Maidstone police control room, even though police were supposed to attend for me to collect it but apparently got the dates for that wrong too.
But as soon as I do anything, I am instantly arrested.
Take my advice and don’t go to police in future with any incidents you may have.
Deal with them yourselves, this seems to be the only way you will ever get a satisfying result.

Got assaulted. Provided a statement and photographs. No witness so couldn’t prosecute, fair enough. But declined to even speak/interview my neighbour!

I sent about 8(?) emails chasing. Finally was told ‘we tried to contact you’. Really? No messages left on answerphone .

Put in a dangerous driving report against someone to Kent police a few weeks ago now, even stated in the report have dashcam evidence, as of yet no response to it, no acknowledgement nothing.
I have no trust in this force at all now.
This is not the first time I’ve tried to report things to the establishment with no response, the dangerous driver nearly caused serious harm to me and my 3 year old, but unless it suits Kent police narrative and makes their statistics look good, they don’t want to know.
Sometimes I get why people take matters into their own hands, as you just don’t seem to care.
Why is my money wasted on council tax paying towards your establishment?

It’s my opinion that Kent police are a load of rubbish. Izzy Dean threatened to confiscate a member of the publics phone as they wanted to record the officer. The police also didn’t come out when they were called.
