I was disappointed with my recent experience. I scheduled a 9am appointment, yet by 2pm my car had not been inspected. At the time of booking, I was assured it would be ready within one day, and my vehicle was the first in line. As many people rely on their cars for daily tasks, timely service is important. Unfortunately, I did not find the process to be reliable, and I observed a lack of engagement from the manager. Clearly, he had different priorities or favored other customers. - I hope to see more attentive service and proactive communication in the future from different vendors.
