Good at first when selling the product then offered a poor quality product and service.
This company seemed good when we met them in 2018 at the National Wedding Show and Steve, the head of the company, seemed to be a nice guy. However, the service they offered got worse and worse as time went on. The company seemed to be busy with weddings abroad for foreign clients the majority of the time and other people involved in our wedding have since informed me that a good photography company would have more weddings in the UK.
We had a pre-wedding photoshoot and we only received 15 photos from this which took over 3 months to be sent to us. We only got the photos because I constantly emailed them to chase. We were supposed to have a guest signing book made for the wedding day from these photos and we only received it on the morning of our wedding when the photographer brought it with him to the wedding even though the pre-wedding shoot for 6 months before the wedding. I had to buy a guest book in case he didn't bring it because they didn't confirm this was happening until the week of the wedding. We did consider finding another photographer after the disappointing pre-wedding photoshoot but by this time, it was too close to the wedding to have that stress but we wish we had found another photographer now.
The photos on the day were disappointing. There were 2 or 3 photographers and a videographer and we only received 500 photos. Lots of guests were missing from the photos and parts of the day weren't captured at all even though we had paid for there highest package. They asked us to write a list of photos we wanted which we did and they never used it.
We only got the formal photos on the day because my partner and I ran around pulling guests over for these which wasn't our job, that was the job of the photographers.
On our wedding day, some of our guests weren't able to attend last minute and there were some places at the wedding breakfast tables free. The 3 photography staff sat down and ate the 3 course wedding breakfast without our permission. We didn't complain on the day about this because we didn't want our wedding ruined. However, the photos from the breakfast are non-existent apart from the speeches before the meal. The photographers should have been taking photos and they should have at least asked us if we minded them eating with us. It is totally disrespectful.
We were told we would receive the photos, video and albums within 3 to 3 weeks after the wedding. We heard nothing from the company so after 6 weeks I contacted them to chase. Our wedding was on 4th October 2019 and we still haven't received our albums or video (over 2 months later).
The company are now ignoring my complaints and are barely communicating with us. We have no idea when we will receive our albums or video. We had wanted the albums before Christmas and we re told we would have them in time!
At first, I liked the photos they sent us and I told them that. However, we were expecting to receive more and when I actually looked at all of them, so much was missing. The photos we received are good but do not make up for the crap service and product we have received.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially for their wedding. I have been in tears because of the photos and the service we have received. We don't want another bride and groom to feel they way we did. We are dreading receiving the albums and video now because of all this.
A very poor experience that should never have happened!
