From the start Kerri's communication wasn't great, the whole thing felt a bit off but after searching all over the internet I couldn't find anything negative so went ahead with everything. From then on Kerri was clearly very in need of the money and came across quite desperate, in an act of goodwill we paid early and offered to pay extra on the day to encourage her to turn up. A month before we arranged a phone call to discuss everything on the day, after moving our work around and 2 attempts at ringing we got a message saying she'd been called to a wedding last minute, appreciate these things happen, however not telling us was very rude! We rearranged for the next day, not wanting to cause any issues the month before our wedding, and this call really reassured me. Unfortunately, 2 days before the wedding we got a message saying she'd been taken into hospital and had had to find a replacement. The replacement she found was amazing, and the photos are a lot better than the ones we were expecting from Kerri. Since then I've seen numerous threads on social media stating that she does this a lot with various excuses and posts other people's photos. We got lucky in the end, but in the future I would rather spend the extra money than risk this happening.
