Troubles getting refund for package that was not delivered
I am very disappointed with their service.
There was a problem with the delivery and I did not receive the order. While I understand that the mistake was on the DHL or the Post side, I am spending way too much time trying to prove that I should get a refund.
I had a similar situation in the past with another company and they immediately took the responsibility and reimbursed me, but here, the customer servise shows complete lack of understanding.
