Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I responded to a survey they sent out to their customers and they followed up with a free shipment in gratitude, specifically to something I wrote in the comments. I had no idea, I just wanted to help give honest feedback. This tells me they both listen and are willing to go above and beyond, and these days that's much too rare with businesses. I am happy to support such a company, these are the ones who should thrive!
