This place is terrible

I entered this pub at about 6 o clock in the evening, it wasn't busy. I sat at the bar ordered a beer and asked for a menu. I decided to have the "Irish beef stew". I ordered it and after about 20 minutes I was served "fish and chips" When I pointed out that I had ordered "Irish beef stew" and the fish and chips were not for me, I was told by the server he thought I ordered fish and chips, he said he could not send them back so I might as well eat them. Rather than make a fuss I decided to eat them although I was not happy. 5 minutes later the server arrived with what I can only describe as a bowl of soup, the told me it was the beef stew and said it would appear on the bill as fish and chips. I had another beer and then asked for the bill. I didn't get a bill but was told the total was $35. The stew was on the menu at $12 and the beers were $6, by my calculations that should have been $24. I didnt argue as I thought the extra $11 was tax. The cutlery was filthy, with some sort of stale food caked onto the soup spoon, the knife and fork I had to clean as well. So 1. I didn't get what I ordered, 2. The cutlery was filthy, 3. The "stew was more like soup and 4. not only was I over charged but I got no bill or receipt.
I would avoid the place, its the worst place in Savannah
