Excellent service, I was unable to complete a download from their website and they sent the software on a usb stick straight away after I had emailed them about the problem :-)

I have bought items from Key Software for more than 20 years. Have yet to be disappointed! The response to emails is within 24 hours. Finally I really appreciate the prices and the software had without HAVING TO WORRY that the software is legit!

Key-Software is without doubt the very best software company in the UK. I have made many purchases and all software has worked pefectly. Simon at Key-Software knows every product he sells. Customer services support are the best. I really recommend Key-Software

As always, whether receiving free or purchased software, the service is great. Response times are short and the friendly replies are a welcome change from the norm. I highly recomend Key Software !

Have used Key Software several times. Products have always worked with little trouble.service is good best way to contact support is by email.

Had a bit of trouble transferring a programme to a new laptop. Tech support gave advice to resolve the issue.

I will use Key Software again.

Some time ago I purchased some software on a memory stick. When I recently came to actually use it, I found that the software was corrupt. I queried this with Key, who unhesitatingly sent me the necessary information to flash a new copy of the software onto the memory stick - which then worked perfectly.
Random failures are unavoidable, but their response to this was exceptional!

Simon is really helpful with queries and provides excellent software at good prices. His willingness to provide backup support is very reassuring, much better than the hopeless chat bots provided by other software providers.

Ordered a copy of Windows 11 Pro with activation key via download function but the key would not work. Finally discovered the key was for Windows 7 Pro and not Windows 11 Pro. Have sent messagews and email but still no response after a week. Never had any problems before but I guess this means they don't want my patronage anymore so I will move on and get my bank involved for a refund.

Wanted to upgrade my computer to Windows 11 Pro and purchased this on a USB from Key Software. I was unable to load this so wrote to customer service. Simon replied and gave me a step by step list of how to load it. I was then unable to activate this due to Microsoft. I wrote back to Simon who informed me how it could be done. Could not be happier with the service received from Simon and Key Software. John.

2 years after buying and having difficulty applying to a new laptop. Nothing was a problem with the help they gave me. First class company.

I've bought quite a few item from this shop over the years and all been good until i stopped buying software on dvd or USB drive. They aim to support you 24/7 as it is stated on the website, but I had a reply from them after 3-4 days. That time I thought they might had something issue or.. etc, etc, etc. With my next purchase I had a reply after 10(!!!!) days! Eventually I asked for my money back (don't think they refund me). 3rd time windows 11 wasn't genuine (message from Microsoft pops up) and again they replied 2-3 days later (do you still remember, they aim to support you 24/7?). Asked for refund and had nothing until asked my bank to step forward. Eventually I've bought my stuff from officeAndWindows who actually supporting you 24/7!

Bought the windows 11pro dvd then realised I needed the tiny 64gb usb drive. When I contacted Key-Software not a problem a replacement was dispatched rapidly, however the activation number was not recognised, a problem with Microsoft activation centre, Key- software e mailed me instructions to activate the software, and boom I was up and running, never disappointed with the software or the service received, Good Work folks :)

Have used this company before for computer and they have been excellent in the goods they provided and support with any problems that occasionally arrive.
Also we upgrading to Windows 11 they also provided solution to my problem which enabled me to upgrade .

I purchased ' 14,000 woodwork plans' and requested it on a usb drive as I don't have a Dvd player. Key software sent me a Dvd. This arrived 1 week ago. I have emailed numberous times and got not reply, Used their contact page again no reply, the mobile number is continously on answer machine. Don't know how the people writing reviews on here got good customer service as I can't, thet won't even acknowledge me. Won't be buying off these cowboys again. Key software finally contacted me and dispatched a new usb drive. Not tested it yet but very pleased with customer service, even if a little late.

Good response to a missing postal packet -resolved- good information regarding a removal of unwanted/ hard to remove a Microsoft program, good service, good range of well priced software - Glyn - user for several years.

they are scammers they take the money and send you any thing they never write back and they have mobile numbers no one answered i tried hundred of times no answer from the phone or the email they should not be on line something should be done about the scammer
