I agree with the last post, this website is a scam. Tried to book three tickets for a friend's birthday at the weekend - they have taken the money twice (a total of £540!) but I've had no confirmation, nobody has ever picked up the phone and I haven't had a proper response to my emails or a refund. Very upsetting as until I get the money back I can't afford to book more tickets for my friend's birthday. No stars - one to be avoided!!
Key2theatre took payment for a ticket order. I did not receive them. I phoned multiple times to be greeted by an answer machine. I sent multiple emails which went unanswered. No tickets turned up and I have not been able to get a response.

We did post the tickets on 07-July which you can track online. We only receive one email and phone message which was replied in due course. Anyway your tickets have been arranged for box office collection.
I made a mistake while booking the Lion King tickets, I was trying to book The Lion King for Edinburgh but somehow booked tickets for London. I was shocked to see I had booked for London. I contacted them and got a prompt reply from Ali that he will get back to me after checking with his supervisor. I got another email from Ali confirming that they have cancelled and refunded my booking without any charge.
I'm very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again!
Booked tickets online 2 days before the show - tickets seemed to go through fine - but on the day of the show, I checked on the order screen and it showed that the tickets were cancelled because they were unavailable. Such disappointing customer service - did not even receive a courtesy phone call. Got rubbish service when I tried to phone up. Won't use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them!
I was nervous never having heard of this company ordering tickets from them.
Tickets arrived 3-4 days later and were printed on their own ticket paper, which made me more nervous when all my friends had their Richard iii tickets on Old Vic theater paper.
But tickets were fine and accepted.
The only thing that made me very upset was Key2Theater claimed the face value of the tickets were £150, when those seats actually cost £52 each not the £75 each key2theater claimed. This is very mis-leading as if i knew i was £200 for £100 i might of thought twice.
