Best CDN for the money

I believe KEYCDN is the best value for the money. I am switching from Cloudflare since I couldn't use my EV SSL Cert with my current paid plan.

Nice interface, easy to use, decent pricing, but here's a warning

KeyCDN is super easy to get started with and has a dead-easy interface. Also a pretty affordable starting place for small businesses.

Only downside is that credits expire in a year. Please realize this before you buy a subscription. If you only buy credits that you'll use up, this isn't a problem though.

My advice is to try KeyCDN and also try Amazon's CDN. See which one makes the most sense for your business.

The One and Only CDN Service i can relay on!

I can't talk enough about how by adding a CDN improves the overall performance of a website but unfortunately, many providers are quite expensive (especially for small businesses like us). KeyCDN provides excellent value for money that's hard to argue. and of course it's not about prices only, KeyCDN offering Hands Down The Best Customer Service across CDNs, they replies within minutes, and don't forget about what brought you here!, HTTP/2, Zones alias, Pay Per Traffic not a monthly subscription,
Origin Shield, they own the planet when it come to servers across the world, and yes i love their services!
they even provide a free plugin for wordpress so every thing can be done on the fly, you don't have to be expert in such things to implement.

i wish there was no expiry for the their credit! other than that i don't have any!

Load Time under 3.4 sec previously was 8.2 sec, parallelized content load, zone alias (serving CDN from the same domain name!) same load time all over the world !

Have used KeyCDN for over 2 years now…Highly recommended!

Have used KeyCDN for over 2 years now and if you're looking for a reliable CDN then I would really recommend them. We've never had a single issue with either them, the service they provide nor the control panel which is really intuitive - especially in comparison to other CDN providers, whose CP's can be overwhelming.
We have 2 zones, a push and pull config which was extremely easy to set up and was working within minutes.
The credit system/pricing is much more affordable than other big CDN providers out there too.
We highly recommend them as your CDN provider on your site.

Fast, reliable, great support

We have been with KeyCDN for a number of years, it's fast and reliable. A big advantage is that you get support as part of the price (which is not the case with other players suchas AWS and Azure)

Good for small traffic websites

Our sites do not get a ton of traffic, and for this KeyCDN does a great job. Use the credits because when you think of it, that's like paying $4 for a CDN per month.

Decent speeds, and definitely saw an increase in the page speeds.

Works well and easy set up

CDN was arranged for our website by a third party. It works just fine. Easy set up and we don't have to worry about anything concerning this. KeyCDN has quick and easy support which is perfect! Communication is easy.

Definately would recommend KeyCDN to others!

Easy CDN Setup

I'm new to CDNs, but KeyCDN made it really easy to setup my site. They have a large database of articles and tutorials to help me understand what I needed to do to setup my WordPress site properly. Their reporting tools are excellent which makes it easy to see what's happening live on my site.

It was even easier to setup with their plugins. I was able to activate my CDN and manage my cache a lot easier with those tools. Quick install, quick activation.

Some additional questions came up about SSL that I needed help understanding, and the support team was quick to answer and guide me through the rest of my setup.

All in all, no problems, and super affordable for starting out on the right foot. Great job, guys!

My choice for CDN after much research.

My choice for CDN after much research.
I could state all the obvious benefits like pricing and support but I'm going to go a different direction. I really like their blog articles. They're very useful and informative. It shows they know what's going on.
I also love Zonealiases (use your own subdomain as CDN URL).

KeyCDN Have A Secret They Keep Quiet

I quite like KeyCDN. They have very helpful and informative articles on their website, and their Wordpress plugins are great. For someone who is new to CDNs, I found KeyCDN very easy to use and setup.

But, there is a big problem with KeyCDN that they keep very quiet about. Unless a file is accessed again within 24hours it is removed from the CDN cache.

This means that unless you have a frequently visited site with people hitting a particular pop location every day and requesting the same file, then you're not going to be benefiting from the CDN as your files won't be in the cache when someone visits.

I was getting very low cache hit ratio with KeyCDN and couldn't quite figure out why this was happening. I was paying for a CDN but wasn't getting any benefit from it. It was only after chatting with their support staff that I eventually discovered the cause, they only hold a file for 24 hours if it's not accessed again within that period.

Not all CDNs work like this. I found another CDN that holds files for 14 days if not accessed. This was more in line with how I was expecting a CDN to function. It's also very cheap, and pay-as-go.

Another issue I accidently discovered was that the url KeyCDN gives you for linking assets to the CDN is actually blocked by some of the major adblockers. I don't know why, but i found this out after reading a comment somewhere and then sure enough later found the KeyCDN urls for my site were being blocked! To get around this you have to create a custom url.

Overall, If you are starting out a new site, or don't yet have large consistent traffic volume, then KeyCDN is definitely not suitable for your website. I had to pay $49 to discover this fact, which was completely wasted money as I left KeyCDN for another CDN after discovering this.

KeyCDN don't offer refunds either, so it's unlikely I will return to them as having to pay $49 for a service that you won't use because it's of no use to you kinda leaves a sour taste in your mouth. That's a shame because customer loyalty is far more valuable and profitable to a company than making a quick one time sale.

Hopefully KeyCDN will realize that one day because there seems to be a growing resentment towards them, which is a shame because overall my experience with them was very good.

Great prices, awesome performance

I've been using KeyCDN for a year and so far I've had nothing but great experiences.

The CDN is fast, easy to integrate with my WordPress websites (thanks for their plugin, but it works with other solutions as well) and the price is unbeatable.

One of my favorite features is the ability to add zone aliases, meaning I can use a subdomain for the CDN URL (such as cdn.mywebsite.com).

Their dashboard and Analytics are also great, making it easy to track the traffic or what are the most loaded files.

Best Cdn provider for my use

I really appreciate the simplicity to setup the zones on KeyCdn dashboard and how I can use a zone on any website almost immediately. The performance is great and after 8 months of usage I have not been let done as far .
The pricing is ok for me but I'd love to keep my unused credit after the first year ends. Hopefully they will surprise me with a gift!
Anyway I will remain a loyal customer as their service is much better to use than cloudflare, Cdn77 or other well-known providers.
