Worst company ever, Give-10 if i could
Absolutely the Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With!
If I could give them a -10, I would.
I canceled the service over the phone last year and even received an email my $ was refunded in 2024. Yet somehow, in 2025, they are still charging my credit card.
I did not use the service last year and have no intention of using it this year. When I contacted Keycheck, two agents told me, " i am sorry, I understand, but we have a non-refundable policy. Your service will expire in May 2026."
This feels like nothing short of robbery.

There is a learning curve with KeyCheck and Furnished Finder platform, and the experience varies from website to app, so I find it’s best to stick to their business hours when signing. What makes my experience great is the integration of documents, payments, and quality leads. Having customer care (like Carmen) on quick chat to bail me out when glitches prevail has helped numerous times. While the quick chat support hours being limited was frustrating at first, I now see it as a positive. Better work—life balance and tenants understand they can’t expect to be signing documents outside of business hours.
