I want to apologize for not getting back to you sooner. My computer got a horrible virus and I had to delete my old email account and set up a new one. I just found a way to look at some emails from my old account, and just found one from you after our wonderful trip asking how everything went. I’m sorry for not getting back to you sooner but I didn’t see your email. I would have definitely responded if I had to tell you how wonderful the trip was.

You had booked a trip for me and my son, Maxx, last summer and it was HEAVEN! We went all around Europe and everything was wonderful. The hotels, transportation, and tours you booked for us were absolutely perfect. I only wish we had more time and a bigger budget to travel longer! You did an excellent job and we are hoping to use you again.

Maxx’s dad and I want to visit Maxx in Europe in early November and would like to talk to you about helping us with that trip. Maxx has been in Senegal since September with The Peace Corps and will have some time to meet and travel with us. Tom, Maxx’s dad, will be in Dallas next week and we were wondering if you had an opportunity to speak with us then?

Andreas planned an amazing trip through Argentina, Uruguay and Chile. We had 4 flights, 5 individual tours (tour guides), 2 group tours and 12 trips between airports and destinations that all went flawlessly. The trip exceeded our expectations by 1000%. Thank you Andreas for everything you did for this incredible trip that will forever be one of our favorites and such a beautiful memory.

We were pleased with every aspect of our trip. 4 Star accommodations in prime locations. Their customer service was Supreme. Esin was our representative and she was always responsive to our request. I look forward to working with Keytours and Esin again. I will be recommending Keytours to friends.

the hotels were great. The Amari Phuket was especially nice, and located close to the action, while still in a quiet area.

Singapore bicycle tour was very good. Very interesting and a great way to see the city. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Phuket food tour in Old Town was just OK. Basically they drop you off at the Naka Market and walk you around a little. But it wasn't anything you couldn't just do on your own.

We also visited the Camp 4 Elephant sanctuary half day tour which was a total highlight. We booked it on or own once we were there. You should send people HERE in the future. I'll never forget it.

The Bangkok Food Tour was also really good. Much better than Phuket as they took us through deep dark alleys and totally secret food hotspots we never would have ventured into on our own. Ever.

Phi Phi Island tour was also very good.

All of the transfer drivers were on time, easy to meet up with, and very nice. I think we tipped them well.

Key Tour personnel, and Esin Soydemir in particular, were terrific. Our family traveled to Istanbul for the first time over the 2023 holidays; Key Tours worked with a local company, Neon Tours, and created a great itinerary with fantastic guides, allowing us to join small group excursions (walking, boat and by van) and arrange private tours as needed. We had a wonderful experience and were able to fully immerse in Istanbul at exactly the pace we hoped, with some flexibility, while seeing truly beautiful sites from the historic monuments (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace) to Bosphorus Straits and towns along the way, the Princes Islands and Bursa. I highly recommend Key Tours.

It was a great first experience for us, never having been to Italy before. The connections were all On time and easy to find from where we were staying. The hotels were lovely, and the staff at the hotels were very very good. The included breakfast were such a treat. Good local food and coffee. The tours suggested for each region of Italy, worked out really well. We re-learned a lot. And. our tour guides were delightful. All knowledgeable And had a funny sense of humor .

We've learned over the years that hotels can make or break a trip. Keytours has always selected nice hotels in perfect locations out of the way of the crowds and noise but close to attractions. And our budget does not afford luxury brands!

This year they recommended leasing a car vs. renting for 5 weeks which offered some savings to us with better insurance coverage. It also gave us more flexibility in the countries we visited. We feel like they have our backs!
