KFC Vejle… The most tasteless greasy KFC I have tried to eat in the world and trust me I’ve eaten KFC since the late 70s. The chicken tasted like they forgot the secret herbs and spices, coleslaw was slimy and gravy was tasteless, also fries were missing chicken salt 👎

Yesterday, I ordered take away hot wing fried from Kfc Rødovre. And it seems fried was re-fried in oil and served. when i gave bite on wings fry oil was coming out. very bad quality and got bad feelings in stomach.

The chiken was very good and crispy the burger and the workers were also amazing

The food I ordered came very fast, I didn’t had to wait a lot. The employees were very nice and polite. As well the food was amazing, specially the hot wings and the chicken tenders. Definitely will go back there.

Every time we visit KFC Fields, we're served cold, stale fries. When we ask for fresh ones, the staff not only refuse but also respond with rude, dismissive behavior. This level of service is unacceptable. We expect hot food and respectful treatment—neither of which we've received.

The food is portioned for children.

Completely overpriced and not worth it at all. KFC in Denmark is NOTHING like KFC in the United States. Embarrassing you are even allowed to carry the name.

I paid around 300kr and the moment I received the food I burst out laughing because I thought the staff were pranking me. Not only that, the food itself was bland. I’ve had KFC countless times in Egypt (my home country) and the difference is colossal!

I have an advice for you guys: Copy and paste the KFC menu from Egypt and watch miracles happen. Don’t change the price, just use the same ingredients, portions and menu. It’s honestly not rocket science.

We ware in herning KFC . We had amazing service.we had a very worm welcome from beautiful gril. Food was very tasty and warm. I belive for we paid amount , we got back good service and delicious food . We like to recommend to you🫵🏻 as well . 🙂

The staff training level is very low. They are not trained to detail with customer complaint. I order 2 peace Chicken manue which is 89dkk. What i got one small chicken wing and one small leg. When i ask this is not in the picture what order she told me i gave you what I saw on the plate. I asked her to change it she said to late you should have told me before order..

She could have been educated that if by making small changes which was customer right could have given customer good experience. Would lead go very satisfied customer.

This brand often have people who really behave very bad. I hope the owner of the brand can employ good people and save the KFC brand

Avoid this place at any cost, food has strange taste, workers are like in holidays, we will never ever eat again kfc

I took family to have a nice food which i tought it can be interesting to test KFC ( first time for my family). The food was nice as it used to be. Yesterday the service i got form the girl who is working there. oh my god i recommend not to take your kids there. she needs really to train and know how to give service. she came to our table and say words to our daughter because she forget to return key to the toilet door. want to talk to he what she did is not nice and unaccebtable. she keep saying what she did is okay, and became very aggressive.
and we went the same evening to Macdonald tarup-paarup, Best service and smile we got.
The girl at KFC need to know how to give a service.
It will not be soon again to visit the restaurant again. sorry bad service

i was at kfc of ishoj yesterday 10 july. everything was horrible. i had always been there but yesterday was horrible. they gave me rotten chicken or stale chicken which was whole black and the quantity was so little. i ordered combo deal pack of 99 kr where i only receieved 3 pieces of every list.

I paid for delivery through Wolt and they literally sent me garbage. I took a photo and sent to customer service and kfc decided they will not reimburse for what they did. Kfc rådhusplads. The food looked like I didn’t pay for it. Like they gathered what they had and just gave me for free. I ordered on the midnight to my birthday and I regret so badly

A waste of money.
Do not make it delivered to your home.

I have ordered 2 bucket meals for 200 kr plus an extra charge of 60 kr for Wolt delivery and for extra bag.
Ridiculous!
The chicken are so small as my thumb. The legs are full of fat. The crispy chicken is smaller than chicken nuggets. You dare to call it as a “bucket” ? the 4 pieces of chicken are so small, that cannot even full my 3 year olds lunch box.
Your fries is so cheap and so dried up.
Please do not waste your money on this restaurant.

I guess only angry customers come to trustpilot, rarely the satisfied ones to share their thoughts. I love KFC. In fact I'm happy there is no KFC in my town, cuz I would spend all my money there. My favorite fast food.

Kfc was amazing food when i lived back in England in the 90's. Tried it in Cph Denmark some years back. So not the same thing here. Worst food ever. Dry dead meat without that zingy secret sauce that you go there for. So bad that it became a one time experience. What a difference..,

We did not get what we paid for and there is no phone number to call and complain. I can now understand why they don't include the phone number on your receipt. When I searched the internet for a phone number the only thing I found was that they had been reported to the police by the health authorities and had received a sour smiley.
