Great tracking and super awning.could not be happier

I finally got round to taking my Khyam Outhouse away at the weekend.

Was pretty easy to put up for the first time and id forgotten it was airbeam so even better. Easy to move into final position before securing guide ropes.

It’s higher than I remember but that’s fine as it’s easier to spot ! Large twin areas for storage or using for toilet and shower. Zips around the floor areas, vents in the top either side and a bar to fit across the middle to keep its width.

It what’s been quite windy but it stayed standing and was still secure.

First awning delivered used and damaged, great customer service rectified that issue. Currently in France and the slightest bit of rain once again like last year and the air beams at the front give up and is leaking. I'm experienced camper of 40+ years so no issue with setup, air pressure etc. just really really disappointed with everything including the design and can't recommend to anyone. Should have trusted the brand I've always used Vango. No doubt khyam will dismiss my comments but I'm so disatisfied, even bought an additional canopy, foot print and carpet for good measure.

Needed some advice on buying an extension for our airtek 6. Callum explained everything. Great customer service and fast efficient delivery. Would highly recommend Khyam. Thanks again Callum.

Having already purchased the Sun Canopy and sides I was after the front. Very well sign posted on the website, selected, paid for and delivery details all sorted in minutes. Confirmation email came seconds after confirmation.

The tent is fantastic, very clever design affording intuitive setup. Tent aside, is was the customer service that stood out for me. I had a minor issue with my tent that was promptly and considerately resolved by Joe at Khyam. Life time warranty supported by first class customer service will make me a customer for life. Hard to find such top flight service elsewhere. Great product supported by exceptional, professional operation.

Had A problem with my tent a minor rip on the front netting, I rang customer services and they had it picked up and exchanged for a new one first class service

Excellent customer service from Khyam would highly recommend very happy with our oak awning for our van. So easy to put up and very spacious. Love the separate sleeping area plenty of room for a king and a double bed

Fast reliable service, friendly staff on the phone and answered all my questions, tent was very easy to erect and take down, loads of space inside packed on the bike well no wider than my bars on the bike a little bit heavier than my old tent by 2kg made very little difference in bike handling. For the next trip I've reduced the weight a little by replacing the pegs and the door poles with lighter pegs and poles taken about 3/4 of a kilo off. Very happy with the tent

Very prompt

I was not too sure if the awning would fit my mamoose awning rail so I contacted Khyam and they were quick to respond and confirm it would. Arrived within time and full Fedex tracking. The awning was more expensive than most and as I wanted good quality, and a guarantee I am very pleased.

Very prompt and professional help to sort out an erroneous order.

The original order was recalled and replaced with the correct order without delay in the original delivery schedule.
