If I could rate negative stars I would definitely give them negative stars. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This company is a total scam. First they did not ship the initial order but charged my card. Than a month later I was charged for a subscription which I did not realize I had signed up for. The subscription cost was over $200 for 2 canisters of the nasty drink mix which tastes awful. I went online to cancel and the website stated I had no orders so they make it impossible to cancel. I ended up having to shut down my credit card. I had to email them 4 times to get a response. When I asked to return the items, the company stated all products are a final sale. If that is their attitude then tell me that they stand behind their products!!! Obviously they don't. This company is a total scam. The original product order still has not shipped and still no refund. I wish I had looked further into this company on here before ordering anything. BUYER BEWARE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased this product last month and it was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve sent them numerous emails asking for a refund or to resend the product and they’re telling me to take it up with the delivery company. Reading other reviews I heard this product is disgusting anyways. I would not recommend them!

I ordered one shipment of this. One. If it said with my one purchase I'd be signing up for auto-shipments, I would not have ordered. I had 45 days to try it out and they are shipping me $199 worth of product as a second shipment before my trial period is even over. It says on my email there is a portal to cancel but I see no way to do so. I sent them a message to cancel this huge order but that's the only way to contact them. I'll be blocking my card I guess if I don't hear back. Stear clear. I can't even comment on if it works because I haven't tried it yet--and I'm already $300 in.

Kiala Greens is a scam. They ran a TikTok contest and promised a prize for all participants and a $5000 prize for 20 people. Kiala never awarded a single prize to anyone. People put forth the effort and Kiala scammed them. They are also scamming consumers with their product. Nowhere do they show any nutritional info like how much Vit C it has. Get your greens anywhere but from Kiala!

Better make sure you like the flavor you order cuz their customer service will do NOTHING for you. I will be commenting on every video on tik tok as well. 🤢 I highly recommend the brand BLOOM! So much better and they actually care about their customers loyalty and not a one and done sale ☝🏼

DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT DOESNT SUPPORT YOU. They just want a sale. They don’t care about keeping the customers long term. And that clearly shows through their customer “service”
