How It Works

After an order is placed, a bespoke number is assigned to each retailer source. During the authentication process, our CREW tags each pair of sneakers with our signature RFID zip tie.
The RFID tags enable customers to check all info regarding the purchased item, including purchase date, price model, sizing, and more. We are also able to trace every step and look back on every pair to the retailer they came from.

The returns policy works so basically You can’t return them .
They charge a 15% restocking fee and then the return tracking fee of £35.
Absolute joke. I will not buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS company - save yourself a headache!
This company has got to be one of the worst customer service departments there is. They reply as their leisure and they certainly take their time. I received the wrong size shoes from what I ordered yet they wouldn't refund it. They expect me to get a gift card which til this day I have not received. It takes them 2-3 days before they respond to email since you can't contact them over the phone. DO NOT BUY from this company!!!

Stay well clear as with kicks crew as soon as your parcel has been handed over to a courier they wash there hands with it and as per their terms and conditions ! , I mean who reads a company’s terms and conditions.
I’ve had a lost parcel and there’s no way
I can contact the courier as I’m not the sender.
No other company I know has this policy.
