The process to return items for exchange I made the mistake of ordering size 81/2 in men’s instead of women’s size 81/2 I t takes days to respond You only have 14 days to return Then I have to answer questions about my exchange then days later they send exchange policy Then I answer more questions I just need the address to send it to not a lot of questions. I don’t have the same problem at some bigger companies This is so unprofessional and time consuming I was trying to order these for my girlfriends birthday few weeks in advance but this plan is out the window. Since I am handicap I thought I could order a product on line with confidence and this particular order is terrible

Ended up paying £95 tax on top of the already inflated cost for the trainers. The tax is not part of the price you pay. Watch out ! A £150 pair trainers ended up £280 !
They do NOT make the import tax clear and you dont know where the shoes are coming from.
You have been warned !

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!
DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!! THEY SOLD ME A FAKE PAIR OF ASICS and took over 96 hours to reply . They use a horrible tactic to basically make you keep your shoes . They do this by saying they charge you restocking fees15% and return fees $20 and pay for you own shipping. After 96 hrs literally I got a response after I went through affirm to make my case . Lisa S sent me an email saying use their recommended verification app. So I did and the shoes came back replicas. So after I brought this to their attention with plenty of documentation in pdf form i got from legitapp and screenshots photos they never responded. Like I stated I had to go through affirm to basically get them to respond . I stated that I shouldn't be charged nor have to pay for shipping since you sold me fake asics gel NYC shoes . So after a week or less they eventually paid for the shipping and gave me my money back. But why should I have to go through all this when I noticed the differences once I received the shoes ? They swore up and down they were legit and went through a thorough verification process. Well I dont see how since I own multiple pairs of asics and I made the complaint before i did YOUR RECOMMENDED VERIFICATION . If a customer is stating concerns and pointing out issues than there's obviously a reason . I sent pictures and told them what I noticed . I can't see how they verify shoes to be legit but sell replicas. So if you've purchased from this company id check on these verification apps and make sure your getting the legit product your paying for. Also learn to verify your own shoes and do comparisons with others that are the same model. You'll be able to tell . Then I made a post on here which they complained about and forced it to be taken own when I told the truth . So im back explaining my experience again .

It does take about 14 days or so for delivery
I have bought 2 pairs of trainers from this site now and both have been good overall. Happy with the service and would recommend for exclusive trainers . Emails updates go quiet for around a week to 10 days but then you get updated once its out for delivery. I live in the UK and have had no problems will continue to buy from kickscrew
