The bed was delivered 6 weeks later than promised and we are still struggling to put it together. Badly constructed, the drawers are not positioned right so we are having to remodel the fittings/runners to get them to work at all. Would not advise purchasing from this company.

Purchased the Kidsaw High Sleeper Loft Bed for my Child from The Range.

When the product was being delivered unfortunately we had to leave my Parents in Law in the Home due to our Work Commitments. The Product arrived on a Pallet and the Delivery Drivers were very rude and disrespectful to my In-Laws and refused to bring the Product into the Hallway and just dumped and run off leaving the boxes outside on a pallet in the rain for my In-Laws to try get in the property.

When we returned home from work and looked over the product we established there should of been 8 boxes however we only received 7. Working it out using the labels on the boxes we realised it was box 2 of 8 that was missing. We contacted The Range and arranged for a Replacement.

We went away for the weekend and upon returning on the Monday (Today) I began Building the Bed. The instructions were unclear and none of the Parts were Labeled as per the Instructions so we couldn’t work out what part was what. The screws and Nails are all just thrown into a Foodbag and Mixed so again more hassle trying to work out what part is what.

After 8 hours of struggle and fighting with the lack of instructional support we finally got down the last part. The Drawers and Desk. After gathering the parts I discovered more parts missing… The Screws to Build it. So we now have an upper Bunk Bed and no way to finish the rest.

We got a Replacement Screw Pack from Kidsaw and was able to finish the bed (Other than the Sideboard for the Bunk which the 3 Screws for don’t Fit the Pre-Drilled Holes and left this loose, Luckily Managed to Purchase screws and Fixtures to Secure this)

I would recommend you DO NOT purchase this product or any of this Companies Products because they are simply more hassle than worth for the cost! A rip off is an understatement. £500 for a bed that we haven’t been able to Build or Use. This company obviously take no care or pride into their work nor care about us (The Customers) who stupidly purchase their products keeping them in business.

We contacted The Range & Kidsaw to complain formally. Was advised by The Range we would need to deal with Kidsaw Directly. When we called Kidsaw to discuss this and look for a partial refund we were told “The Bed was already Reduced from £699.99 to £499.99 what more do you want?” We disputed this stated we didn’t purchase it “Reduced” as Faulty or Missing Parts as it was not advertised as such. When explaining that my Child slept on a Mattress on the Floor for 12 days awaiting all of this bed to arrive and be built we were also told “Oh so what, We’ve all slept on the floor at some point” absolutely zero compassion or care for their customers.

We were originally offered £50.00 partial refund which I refused as we had to spend £17 on Screws and Fixtures to hold the Sideboard on. This was then upped to £100.00 providing I removed any Negative Feedback against Kidsaw (I have the emails as Evidence of this Also)

To say this as pleasantly as possible, Don’t waste your Money, Do not put money into the Pockets of these people who simply do not care. Their not bothered that their products are not fit for purpose and they speak to you like you are nothing to them. Once they have your Money and You fight to get your product - Their done with you.

Appalling customer service, poor quality product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I purchased a cotbed from them, loose screws, unsafe for a baby still. No secondary parts sent, no refund given.
