Order placed end of October had tracking 8 days and still no pick up , had to turn to bank to for a refund

No response to email I asking to return some items that I do not believe to be genuine licenced products. If i could leave zero rating I would.

Took a month to arrive, DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, INVALID PHONE NO. Lie about proposed delivery date
Shame as stuff was good, lost a regular customer

Give 0 if I could. Awful quality products, items missing on the order, wrong sizes sent out and can’t get hold of them!! Sent numerous emails and no response with no other way to contact them. Joke of a company, avoid at all costs.

No communication or ways of contacting them,no replies to any email. very frustrating!

Alrough the products were good,the delivery is super super slow (a month)resulting in loss of sales.

Faulty items, order confirmation says email them, but all four emails over several weeks have gone unanswered. No other options to contact them.

Editing my original review… they did fulfil the order after all! Quality of item was pretty poor though. Badly made, lots of loose ends and fabric is cheap.
Customer service non existent. They don’t reply to emails. No phone number.
No dispatch email, or tracking wasn’t updated.
