Buying a quad stroller for our daycare was stressful because of the size and delivery. KidsCab handled it really well. Delivery was free and everything arrived in perfect shape. The driver even helped move the box inside, which was a nice surprise.

One of the hitch parts on our old trailer snapped and I thought the whole thing was done for. Turns out KidsCab had the exact spare part in stock. It arrived in three days and saved us a lot of money. Really nice to see a company that doesn`t just push you to buy a whole new product.

I was pretty overwhelmed trying to choose a bike trailer, but the guide on the website actually helped. It made things clearer and helped me realise which model made sense for us. The size info was spot on and it fits in our shed perfectly.

However, this money is taken twice from my bank account now, and no order has gone through.

What you experienced was most likely a temporary payment authorization. When a payment is not completed correctly, the amount can still be temporarily reserved on your account without an order being created on our side. In such cases, the amount is usually automatically released by the bank within a few working days.
In the meantime, we can confirm that your order has been successfully confirmed and delivered, as you also indicated.
If you would like to update your review now that everything has been resolved, we would of course appreciate it.
