I highly recommend KidSitter. We used this service for our stay in London. The women were on time and the children really enjoyed them. We communicated with the sitters using WhatsApp the day of the appointment. The website was super easy to use. Our only glitch was that I don’t have a UK phone number, but George sent me a link and I was able to book.

We just relocated for the US and had no family support for our 6 and 3 year old. We found this service and it has been a life saver. The sitters are incredibly qualified and able to immediately establish rapport with us and our children. I cannot believe we are so lucky and I am delighted to have this support.

Communication was great and prompt, nanny provided was incredible. Level of comfort given ahead (i.e. CV of nanny) was hugely appreciated.

I moved to London without knowing anyone, so it was difficult for me to find childcare. Kidsitter has been great because they interview each candidate, contact their references, and required enhanced DBS checks. I also read the parent reviews to know which sitters have experience with children the same age as my own. I feel much better using a sitter from this site.

We had Barbara looking after our two children (3&6) for an evening. Not only was she flexible on timings - I asked her if she could come early- she was great at communicating with me and absolutely brilliant with the kids. Would not hesitate to book her again!

So far one of the best agency I worked for and still do ! The rate is much better than the others I tried , I have recommended many of my friends who are registered now . And all the families I worked were great !

Kidsitter is an easy to use, reliable and trustworthy service with vetted, professional sitters in their database. I was very hesitant to leave my child with strangers but the service has exceeded my expectations, providing sitters who love being with children, are confident, self-assured, professional, creative and adapt quickly & effortlessly to the child/household. Only once, the sitter simply didn't seem to be to into babysitting but was still on time and professional. Solution: you simply request the sitters you like again and not select the sitters you'd prefer not to book again and it's all confidential. I love how easy it is to use, it's transparency and that there are actual parents running it who are accessible, listen to feedback and truly are driven to provide a great service. So many online services, feel, well online and impersonal but Kidsitter feels very human and safe, which is super important as our children are involved. I now comfortably look forward to bookings and most importantly, my child enjoys it too!
