When I ordered my item it said as a…

When I ordered my item it said as a first time customer I would receive 10% on my first order which didn't happen so very disappointing.

Thank you for your review, the discount code is emailed out to customers once they sign up and not automatically applied, it needs to be inputted to be redeemable. It is also not valid on outlet/sale items, having checked you order I believe the item was already discounted. We do run and offer different promotions to our mailing list with further discounts throughout the year.

Ordered a hoodie several days later randomly cancelled as sold out

Bought a boys hoodie as a Christmas gift. Several days passed and I got a random email issuing refund.
No communication or apology from the company. Will buy it elsewhere
